    This is the best car dealer I've ever been to. They gave me an amazing deal and the routine checkups are super cheap and they're always happy to see me. One of the sales guys even went out of his way to give me a ride home in his car on his lunch break since the shuttle was out and about already.

    This dealership needs to be educated on how to take care of customers. There customer service Is the worst I have ever experienced with any dealer in 20 years. Every time it's the same experience. They take forever to check you in, they never hav a driver to take you home, they never have the car ready on time, and no one ever answers the phone. They ober charge for repairs too. I can't wait to get rid of my car!!!

    Going to this dealer is like getting a root canal. You have to get it done for the betterment of your cars health, but it is extricating to be there. They never answer the phone, they take FOREVER to check you in, the shuttle is always "out" and they even charge you just to look at an issue. Worst buying and servicing experience I have ever had.

    Brought my ford E 350 for an oil change, now I have a service engine soon light that won't go off and my engine rattles. Took it back and was told it would cost $110.00 to check it, I'm not saying they anything to my van but it was fine before they touched it. The least I specter was them to see if anything had happened during the oil change before they start trowing any other charges. So much for customer satisfaction. When I left the dealer the service advisor looked mad to make matters worst.

    Electrical issue with C Max; service writer was very courteous, professional, yet personal. A prompt diagnosis & call to advise me on needed repairs, timeline, and costs. Also I have purchased several cars from Simi Valley Ford in the past & I consider them to be tops, as I visited numerous Ford Dealerships, & walked away dissatisfied from all the others.

    I had a very bad experience with the service manager Max, he was rude and talked down to me as if I didn't know anything about my car, I have been a Ford customer for over 20 yrs and I will not be buying my next car from Ford. I was charged $100.00 for the service when I have an extended warrantee on the transmission since there have been in for several repairs since I bought the car. When Max had called me to tell me everything was covered and then when it came time to pick up the car they said it will be $100 dollars, at the time I didn't have enough to pay them which I was surprised that I had to they wouldn't let me have my car to get my paycheck from my work that was just down the street. I was very upset and asked for the manager and he said they weren't here, everyone knows me there and I wouldn't run out on them for $100.00 dollars, then a customer that was there understood my problem and he loaned me the money and the service guy Max said to him you gotta be kidding you are giving her the money! The gentleman said your not willing to help her so I am, I thanked him and I got my car and returned with the 100.00 for the very nice man that loaned it to me. I have never been treated this way from anyone else there, all the other service people are very considerate and are always pleasing.
