Horrible customer service in service department

My husband called 2 weeks ago to make an appointment to bring his truck in for numerous recalls and the check engine light. He was told to bring it in on Monday morning - he had it there as soon as they opened. He called on Tuesday afternoon about picking it up and was told they had not touched it but would do so first thing Wednesday. I called late Wednesday and was told they hadn't touched it but would run diagnostic on it Thursday and he really couldn't say when they would actually work on it. Joshua "bragged" that he had trucks sitting there for 4 weeks that hadn't been touched. I explained that this is his work truck and he needed it to use not just sit on their lot. I politely told him that this was some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. AVOID their service department. We have obviously bought our last (expensive) vehicle there if this is the level of service to be expected.

Rude salesman, lying about truck that they said was there but wasn't. Go anywhere but here! Worst dealership in Georgia. Buy Toyota, you'll be glad.

Jerry A Price

Visited Ed Murdock's just looking. Found vehicle we were interested in. Was a Chyrsler pacifica. Met and talked with Shane Hopper which which turned out to be one of the best car buying experiences we've had. We did purchase the vehicle and Shane was the primary reason that happened. Without Shane's customer service and expertise, along with Chad Humphrey's it probably wouldn't have happened. They got us the price we could live with I would hope the dealership recognizes the assets they have in Shane Hopper. He goes over and above to order to make sure the customer is treated fairly. Thumbs up for Shane Hopper.

What I didn't like was they had a price on a vehicle that different online than when I called and asked about it they told that price was misprint. Really!

Great experience

My last car purchase was an absolute nightmare so I approached these guys with apprehension. Thankfully it wasn't warranted. Neal was straightforward and Efrem was great as well. Very friendly people and they made the usually painful process of looking at and purchasing a used vehicle enjoyable. I drove 300 miles one way for a very specific vehicle and it was well worth it. I'm ecstatic with the truck. Thanks guys.

Ed Murdock superstore

I purchased a used vehicle they advertised on cars.com. It took until after the weekend before i was contacted by their internet sales person, Neal. From that point on, there was the usual haggling over the price of their car plus my trade. I took the drive up from South Florida with a little anxiety, knowing nothing of this dealership. From the moment i arrived i was treated professionally and made to feel welcome. Their buying process was state of the art and fast. If i spent more than 15 minutes actually doing the buying process, i would be surprised. The vehicle i purchased was in like new condition, just as they advertised. The car fax was offered for free. The price was far and they honored the deal we made through e-mails. There were no last minute charges or changes. Over all, it was the best vehicle buying experience i have ever had. Direct, to the point, no hidden fees or surprises and the car was exactly as they advertised. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The actual buying experience was fantastic. Fully computerized without a ton of paperwork. i would certainly do bussiness with them again, even if i had to drive a while to get there. For me it was an 11 hour trip to get there and i left feeling it was worth the trip.
