Vehicle Was Sold

I submitted a lead to purchase a new vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership they had sold the vehicle to someone else a few hours before I had arrived. Unfortunately they did not have another vehicle to sell me that was the same model.

My new 2023 ChevTraverse

Got a letter in the mail with a pre approval and went on line made a appointment for that same day and walked out with a new car in less than 3hrs the sales man Robert Campos helped us out and showed us all the three row suvs they had in stock and we decided to go with the traverse with only 7 miles on the dash. Overall it was the best experience I have ever had with a dealer. They were very friendly and helpful I would totally recommend if you are looking for a new car.

Great Buying Experience

The whole team I worked with was amazing. Vicki and Amber called me to confirm that the vehicle was available and to schedule an appointment, Javier helped me reach a deal that fits my budget, and Moses made the sales transaction smooth and easy. I would like to recognize Eddie the most who was the one that answered all my questions I had about the vehicle and showed the greatest kindness and respect without the typical pushiness off a usual salesperson. Eddie truly made this process an amazing experience to help me finally purchase my dream car, and I would recommend everyone I know to purchase a vehicle from this location because of him.

Lies and deception racist dealers

"I recently visited Victorville Chevrolet dealer in California with the intention of purchasing a 2024 Chevy truck. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and I am writing this review in the hope that others do not have to go through the same thing. Before my visit, I called the dealer three times to confirm whether they charged a market adjust fee for new truck orders, as I had heard that some dealers were doing so. All three times, I was told that they did not charge such a fee. However, upon arrival and after speaking with a salesperson, a manager informed me that I would have to pay a market adjust fee of $5,000. I was taken aback and called to confirm the information multiple times before coming, but now I was being told something completely different. The manager did not apologize for the miscommunication and offered no solutions other than to pay the fee or not place an order. This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially after driving three hours round-trip to get there. Throughout my time at the dealership, no one apologized for the inconvenience or the misinformation. I am appalled by the dealership's dishonesty and poor treatment of customers. I am writing this review in the hope that others do not have to experience the same thing. As a customer, it is important to know the details before making a purchase, and it is unacceptable for a dealership to misrepresent their policies and charge hidden fees. I hope this review helps others avoid similar situations in the future."
