    This is the second Nissan that have I bought from Lamb Nissan. The sales person (Dan) was great. Informative but not pushy. Mark the sales manager was... also great to work with. The service department at this dealer is also excellent.

    Took my 2007 Versa in to Lamb Nissan because there was an airbag recall. They replaced it in about an hour and a half - no problem - no charge. Very comfortable... customer lounge with free wi-fi and great coffee!! Jim from service dept. handled this issue in a very friendly and efficient manner and I was on my way in a jiffy after a visit with other customers and a little HGTV and coffee in the lounge. Overall a very positive experience - thanks Jim!!

    The Jeep was fixed and ready while we waited. Jeremiah is really good at keeping notes when we call him and say what our problems are. He gets the parts... and gets us in and out. The donuts were very fresh and the coffee was very good. We like that the donuts are not overly sweet. Thanks again, Lamb Nissan!

    I was shopping around for a new car but wasn’t sure what I was looking for, the dealership that I wanted to look at was closed so I went to lamb Nissan.... James was my salesman, he was able to let me test drive some of the used inventory that I was looking at through lamb Chevrolet as well as a couple vehicles (through Nissan) based on what I said I was looking for but I wasn’t loving anything so far. James started asking some deeper questions to find out my needs and discovered that the murano might be a better fit for me. I test drove it and I really liked it, so the floor manager offered to let me borrow the vehicle for the day so that I could test it out in my everyday life(with my sons car seat, groceries etc). They wanted to make sure that I absolutely loved it (which I did). when I came back the next day I was sure I wanted the murano and I had 2 other dealerships down in the Phoenix area that were also competing for my business to buy the murano from them. James and his manager guy did what it took to earn my business. They were very helpful, friendly and determined to earn my business by competing with the other offers from the dealerships down in Phoenix. One main thing I liked about my car buying experience from lamb was that at no point did I feel like I was be swindled or pressured into anything. James in particular was not like your average car salesman who are usually pushy and will tell you anything to get you to buy a car from them, he was very nice and genuinely wanted to find the right vehicle for my needs. I am extremely happy with my purchase and for the first time ever, I finally own something that I love.
