Bought a new car, wont fix scratch.they lied

I bought a new charger. They promised to fix a scrarch that was on it. Still waiting and they keep lying about it. Once i bought the car, they dont care.

Great Service, Shopping Experience

Connors is extremely friendly and helpful. Very informative and polite. Used Salesman Tommie Krysa is one of the nicest and polite salesman you’ll ever meet. Recently purchased a vehicle from him 6 months ago, just referred Neighbors to him who also bought from him, and am currently looking into purchasing from him again. Connors staff is very friendly and courteous, making you want to go there for your next vehicle. More dealerships need to be like Connors.

Poor Customer service

I called this dealer because my wife and I are in the market for another vehicle, We are already pre approved through USAA and don't need any financing from the dealer. They have a Honda Cross-tour that my wife liked posted on Cars.com I live 2.5 hours from this dealer so I called to get as much info over the phone as I could so not to waste 5 hours of my and there time. I sold cars for 6 years salesmen, F&I manager and used car manager so I know how this works and I realize we are not going to make a deal over the phone but, I also know we can get close enough for me to decide if I want to make the 5 hour round trip. The salesman "Stan" I think his name was, was so rude, laughed at me on several occasions during the call then told me it would be better I bought a car somewhere else and hung up..... WOW... I know people who Fired for less. Needless to say, I'm going to take "Stan's" advise and buy elsewhere...

Quality cars, and courteous and genuine people

Tommie at Connors Buick was straight forward, honest, and very friendly workout being intrusive. We were free to test drive the cars on our own, and no one tried to hide anything from us. They were also very fair during the negotiating process on an already great deal. We are loving our new (used) Buick!

typical car dealership

Found my truck on Cars.com, contacted the dealership, set up a time to look at the truck, came back and bought it. The dealer really did nothing. They did have the vehicle brought to another dealership to address an open recall. (wasnt their brand). Otherwise pain free. I do have to take exception with their finance guy. Seemed really fake, didnt call me when he said he would, and shopped my credit app with a bunch of companies when he said he wouldn't and didn't need to. I was tier 1.

Unhelpful experience

I was shopping for trucks thru the cars.com app and there was a vehicle I was very interested in at this dealership. I clicked the button on the app for this vehicle to find out if it was still available and also inquired about the mileage. I made sure the required section was all filled out and that my email info was included. It's been at least 2 weeks now and I haven't heard anything back from them. Very unprofessional. I dont understand why they couldn't have sent me even a little email saying "sold", if indeed the vehicle was no longer available.
