    Just bought a new 2016 explorer. Wonderful vehicle and fantastic service. Kyle Hiestand made the process very simple and spent a lot of time with us explaining the vehicle and its features. We will definitely be back to Lakeshore Ford for all of our future purchases.

    My wife and I decided it was time to purchase a new car. Which brand, which model and which dealership was our initial concerns. We visited 10 different dealerships in our area and test drove 23 different cars. By far Lakeshore Toyota has the best selection of cars and the most knowledgeable and friendly sales staff we encountered. Our sales consultant was Jennifer Johnson. She is fantastic. We visited Lakeshore and Jennifer 4 times within a two week period. Jennifer was always pleasant and remembered our names and which car(s) we were interested in. She was able to answer every question or concern to our complete satisfaction. Even the high tech stuff. There was never any rush or hurry for us to make a decision to buy. After deciding on the "perfect" car (a Prius C) it was time to go thru the purchasing process. What a pleasant experience. Quick and easy. After the purchase Jennifer explained again how to use and operate all the controls; then offered that we could come in or call any time with questions that may come to mind in the future. Lakeshore also has a no haggle price policy which assured us that we were getting the best possible price without wasting time. We plan to use Lakeshore for service on this car as well as future purchases. Without hesitation we recommend Lakeshore and Jennifer Johnson to car buying customers.

    I test drove a car I've wanted for a while and Mike Cochran was wonderful to work with. Everyone was extremely kind, knowledgeable took their time. I felt like I had their total attention. John and Don were the exact same way. I would highly recommend Lake Shore to everyone.
