I just purchased a brand new car from this dealer. I am out of state and I've done this before with several cars. Now this car wasn't even at the lot yet since it was still being manufactured. Pictures were stock photos online and I never got to see any pictures of the actual car throughout the whole process. Even when the car arrived at the lot, I never got pictures of it nor was I even asked. (my fault for not asking either) I knew the interior color was teak/shale but I've never seen it in person and didn't know the whole interior was brown. Complete oversight by myself but I do hold the dealer somewhat responsible for not ever showing me pictures of the vehicle. It seems they just wanted to make a sale. Now to make it right they said I have to trade in the vehicle with only 1k miles on it. I guess they don't care about customer satisfaction. GM says oh well I guess we can't make everyone happy.

Purchased a 2108 Chevy 2500 on 2/21/23. Joe the Salesman was very courteous. We were presented a clean carfax, no accidents . The drivers seat had some ware and they replaced it with a new one. Next day I noticed the heated seat were not working. Not a big deal, it’s used. 2nd day I noticed a crack on the right rear quarter panel. I took the truck back the following Monday 2/27 to have an appointment scheduled for the seats and have the crack in the quarter panel looked at. Turns out the quarter panel has body filler from the gas tank lid to the rear tail light. They gave me a $1000 minimum estimate to repair it. I asked my salesman, Joe, if they could do anything to help with this, maybe pay for at least half of it. He said they would not. It would have been nice to know about the damage on the truck before buying it. Very unfortunate situation as I assumed I had finally found a decent dealership in Carteret county and would buy again from them in the near future. I will not be returning.

Would not recommend
I purchased a 2015 Honda Odyssey from Brentley. We noticed something not right with the transmission less than a month later. I called and left two messages without a return call. And then about three months after the purchase, realized that the transmission needed replaced. Service after the sale is important and this dealer failed….
