I am very impressed.

Everyone was very polite and Cheryl kept me informed on the progress of my repairs. I am very impressed with this department. My husband and I have purchased 7 automobiles from Parker and we were very satisfied.

Very impressed

Salesman was friendly and accomodated our tight timeline very effectively. Very pleased the dealership was able to find and deliver the vehicle we wanted quickly. Very impressed and will recommend the dealership to anyone.

Buying experece

Having dealt with Parker for many years I was not surprised that my new car shopping experience was comfortable in all as pects. Salesman Tony Brady was courteous and informative. After our first encounter he realized that I no longer needed as large a vehicle as the L Sabre I had been driving/ He showed me h comparable LaCrosse but followed through the next day by introducing me to the Verona, which more nearly meets my present needs. Tony had me drive to my home to see if the car would fit into the garage, a problem with the LeSabre. Since I was concerned with safety in a smaller car, he also explained all the safety features the new model would provide. The staff at this dealership has been very helpful over the 13 years with which I have dealt with them in the service area, in the sale of my deceased husband's car, and now in the purchase of a new vehicle.

Treated with respect

I appreciated the professional manner the service writter and the mechanic displayed, explaining the problem with my vehicle, giving me the assurance the vehicle would get me back home with no issues. You can expect to see me there again next year for my vehicle service needs!!! Great job!!!

Got treated great

Service staff treated me great. I was so happy with them I went there to buy my new truck. Sales staff was just as good.
