    Mr. Biata was both professional and courteous. He answered my questions about the steering mechanism in the steering wheel and how to schedule an appointment for my back bumper to be repaired. The waiting facilities of the service center were clean and bright. I really appreciated having a second cup of coffee from their customer service's Kuerig. I look forward to my next oil change and service update. Thank You

    I brought my car in 8/24/2016 for repair of a running day light, a door handle and the driver side mirror. I was charged a $95.00 diagnosis fee to confirm the light bulb was out. I felt this was outrageous. Either a bulb works or not. It does not require the use of special equipment or testing to determine if a bulb is functioning. The service order has my home address listed incorrectly so I doubt I'll receive a survey. I will not use Marine Chevrolet for any future repairs.

    Danny Russell the salesman was terrific. He was very nice and helpful. He took his time and help find the car I wanted in my price range. He listened to what I wanted and never rushed me. Hugo the finance manager was great in helping me get the terms I needed and took his time without all of the haggling of car buying. The sales manager gave me a great trade in value on my old car and helped get me what I wanted and needed in a new car. It was a very satisfying experience. I will go back for my next bar buying experience.
