The dealership started the requested services at the time specified. The staff was very helpful and provided up front pricing before the services began. The waiting room was clean.

We went looking for a trade in. Jerry Castro greeted us. He listened to what we wanted and showed us some nice trucks. Then he went out of his way to show us a car that has only been in the lot for 4 days, the dirty challenger with flat tire. Jerry told us what would be fixed. Everything he said he made it happen. Not only did we get the new tire for the flat, we got all 4 brand new sport tires. It is the best looking car now I would definitely recommend Jerry.

Driving from OH to FL, I got a flat tire outside of Dalton, GA. While trying to change the flat tire on my GMC Yukon XL, I realized that I did not have a key for my lug nut lock. So, my car was towed to a tire place. The tire place, unfortunately, was unable to remove the wheel. They recommend I speak with a GMC dealership and pointed me to Edd Kirby. When I arrived to Edd Kirby, I was directed to one of the mangers (Eric). Eric was so very helpful. He first drove me from Edd Kirby to the tire place in an effort to try various lug nut keys. When the lug nut keys did not work, Eric drove back to Edd Kirby to get a new set of tools to remove the locked lug nut. When we returned the tire place for the second time, Eric was able to remove the locked lug nut. No charge. The tire place changed my tire an hour later and I was back on the road. Eric and the Edd Kirby group were so dang helpful. Great service. Great hospitality.

Dealership is easy to find, right off I-75 exit 333! Customer service was excellent! The floors are very impressive, super old wood. A must see!

This is the worst place to buy a car. They gave me 30 days to get them the information they needed and then repossessed after 19 days. All I needed was a bank statement that I had sent already, they claimed they never received it. They said they tried to call, but I had no missed calls from them or no emails to let me know anything was wrong. What makes it even worse is that they tried to keep my trade in too. They said I had to pay 350.00 plus 18cents a mile for the new car they had picked up in the middle of the night. It was not untill I told them I was getting a lawyer that anything changed. I would never recommend this place!!!
