    Here you are spoken to like they are doing you a favor. My sales guy was the only professional person there. The general manager Jason is very unprofessional and when so far as to literally yell on the phone at me when I inquired into another dealer. Had they not had the color of car I wanted I would have not completed the deal. However I will never return to this dealership again. To put it simply. Management is very rude. I don't understand how they sell cars treating customers like this.

    We have been working to get a warranty cancelled for 6 weeks now, and after calling several times and being told it was being processed and they had what they needed by an extremely rude finance employee, we called back today only to be told they needed more information and hadn't even begun the cancellation process. It sure would be nice to get an employee who was properly trained in their job, even if it is too much to ask for that they act in a professional manner. I have never dealt with a more disrespectful employee, and I will never purchase a vehicle from any Crain dealership again. I am very concerned now about the Kia warranty I bought through a Crain dealership and whether or not we can count on them to do what we paid for.

    I visit this dealership for all of my service needs. Oil changes are super easy and quick and I never feel pressured like I did at the big chain service places. The wait time is decent and prices and in line with other stores.im always happy with the service here.

    Great service department! They always get me in and out and do the work right the first time. I used to go to another place in town but I always had to go back for one reason or another. The Crain Kia service department knows what they are doing bc they are trained to work on KIA's! Makes sense to take your Kia there.

    Derek Weikel made my experience with Crain the best car buying experience of my life. He knew everything I needed out of a vehicle before he even showed me one. He even stated that he thought I wouldn't need to look at any others. But he still invited me to view a few different makes and models. Turns out, he knew exactly what he was talking about. I bought the first one he showed me. It fit my every need. I really appreciate all that Derek and his dealership has done for me. Words can't express how extremely pleased I am. Thanks guys!!!
