I had been looking for a E350 for six months and I found a 2014 online at Carlton Motorcars. I worked with Sean Deibert and he made my experience one of my better one. I had a small misunderstanding about some small paint chips that had been repaired but my concerns were soon settled. I drove from Charlotte, NC to do business with this dealer and now I have my dream car. Thanks Sean.

Purchased an ML350 for my wife from Willie Fields and had the best buying experience I have ever had! Willie is one of the nicest Sales Professionals that I have ever dealt with and I have bought a lot of cars in my 67 years. There was no haggling, Carlton gave me a fair amount for my trade and a fair price for the ML350. It probably took 5 minutes to agree on the deal. Willie then spent quite a while going over all of the features on the ML and made sure we were comfortable with them and understood them. The owner, Mr. Carlton came over and personally greeted us and asked if we were satisfied with the deal and stayed and chatted a bit. I can't say enough good about Willie and the dealership! What a great experience. I would highly recommend Carlton Motorcars and if you go in, ask for Willie! You won't be sorry!

Mercedes are no doubt quality products. It is the salesperson that makes the dealership. We recently purchased a 2014 E-350 & could not have asked for a more quality professional experience. The one thing that we were so impressed with was the after the purchase communication. You do not find this with other dealerships/salesperson. Numerous phones calls to make sure we were completely satisfied. Mr.Chapman was definitely the selling factor. Because of the professional manner in which he dealt with us we would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone.

We recently bought a used E320 from Brian Dotson and have to say that even though we were not buying the most expensive car on the lot, we were treated as though we were! I have bought cars in the past from other dealers and this was by far the best car buying experience ever, very professional and no pressure at all, Brian was very knowledgable about the car we were interested in. I received amazing customer service...making the decision to purchase from Carlton's was certainly an easy one. I was referred to Willie Fields when I was looking to buy a car. Willie was wonderful! He's always willing to work with you to get the best deal for his customers. He goes above and beyond. I live in Myrtle Beach and given that I lived out of town he was very patient in working with me and answering any questions I had over the phone. When we finally arrived to Carlton Motorcars, he had all of the paperwork ready & explained everything as we signed - the service there just can't be beat. Alex Park was my salesman at Carlton MB of Greenville. Alex is very friendly and exhibits excellent customer service. He is professional and courteous. He is also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with confidence. I will do more business with this dealership in the future. The general sales manager was also a pleasure to work with. He was very informative and professional also. Overall, this was the best buying experience I have ever had when purchasing a car. I was in and out in a timely manner. Great job!
