Bad experience

I have taken my car to Honda service 3 times and the issue I started with has not been fixed. I keep getting the run around saying it’s been fixed but the problem still exists. I do not trust them. I was asked to leave my car overnight for the weekend and to pay $309 for diagnostic even thought it’s the same problem it’s been from day one. I was also told twice a time they would call me back and I isn’t get a call back I had to call them.

Maintenance on Honda Accord

They worked with me to get a great price for the maintenance work to be done. Service took exactly time that was quoted and the estimated quote was honored.

Service was great!

Jesus in the service department did a great job outlining what maintenance needed to be done on our CRV. He stuck to the agreed price and kept me informed on the progress. Work was done on time and improved the car’s overall performance

Honda of Santa Maria is a great place to buy a car

Not professional.

I recently had a battery issue. I drove to Honda where they greeted me in a friendly manner. I let the young lady know my issue. They not only did not address my issue but would rather Inconvenience me by keeping my car overnight, that also wanted to charge me a $259 inspection fee. For what it’s the battery. I only needed a battery. I left there and called AAA who came out quickly and was able to install a new battery very quickly! Unfortunately this is not the only issue. I also bought my car from there. The DMV paperwork was not transferred properly. I ended up paying more for dmv fees. I love my car but I did not enjoy these experiences.

Best customer service on the central coast

Mario has been helping me out with my car for sum time he has the best customer service u can get always goes the extra mile to get u in and out in less time then what is said and over make me feel live a valued customer thanks Mario keep up the hard work

We had a pleasant experience at Honda when purchasing our new Honda Odyssey. Our salesman Jorge was GREAT!! He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles. Well mannered, courteous, and straight to the point.

Service Advisor Daniel Callahan

Daniel is an excellent service advisor. I had some issues with my 2017 Honda Ridgeline which he personally has helped me take care of. It has been running great ever since. I put lots of miles on my truck and Daniel keeps us on the road trouble free! Great customer service!

Bad experience with Honda of Santa Maria.

They had a used car I wanted. I called and they assured me it was in excellent condition. (Turns out the sales people are at another location and don't know anything about the cars.) I told them I wanted to buy it and to have it ready. When I arrived, the car was NOT ready. It was an electric car and it wasn't charged. so I couldn’t see the full charge range - and I would need to wait for the car to charge to drive it home. The car was also dirty inside. Worst of all, there were many fairly significant scratches on the side that were not visible in the photos and not disclosed in the ad. Then came time for the invoice. Before arriving, I had confirmed that there would be no additional charges. But, there were additional charges, including $499 for a scam "etch" service. Also, the DMV charges seemed high, so I went on the DMV site which said that I owed $200 less. The registration was also 2 months past due and they were making me pay for those extra months. Then, a customer came in and had a heated exchange with the salesperson because he had just bought a brand new car that had been delivered with numerous scratches - but at night so he couldn't see them. At that point I decided to leave and not buy the car.
