I am very pleased with the service I received from from both Greg Lair GMC as well as my Sales Professional "Jim "JP" Gwinn. They went beyond what I could have possibly expected in my auto purchase experience. Mr. Gwinn's slogan is true to form.

Great overall, except when I went to test drive the vehicle. The sales person I had the appointment with was switched to someone that my wife had talked to about another car. I did not purchase that day but, a few days later I called and talked to my original sales person and let them know the only way I would purchase the vehicle was with my original sales person. I did purchase the vehicle but, had to return the next morning to finish the purchase. They put 7 gallons of gas in the vehicle but, due to an improper vehicle inspection, I had to return to have them remove the tenting on the front two windows, this caused the extra gas to be wasted.

I had a great experience at Greg Lair with JP Gwinn finding me just the vehicle I was looking for. Appreciate him looking out for my interests and following up several days after our initial contact when "the right one came along." Would definitely shop here in the future, very fair on both sides of the bargain, purchase and trade.

Rich from service dept offered to tow my vehicle to them since I have had many problems with this vehicle since day 1 and that he would "take care of it" . My van got towed and then he calls me telling me that I owe a 103.00 bill for towing I never requested or that they will hold my vehicle! Terry calls me which he stated is the service manager and wouldn't let me speak to Rich anymore (since that's who told me he'd take care of it) and was very rude and raised his voice at me telling me he would "put inside shop to where I can't get it" . I have never been treated so badly and think it's very bad business customer service to treat a customer like that especially when I paid cash for the vehicle. Now I'm about to have to go to Justice of Peace to get my vehicle back.

JP was awesome, deal was very smooth and he covered all the details. The price we got our used Suburban was great. He was the best sales person I ever had. You will always, Win with Gwinn"...we will call again when we need our next vehicle..Thanks JP
