    Previous visit they were supposed to fix a vibration, which they did. When I got home,I opened the hood because I was smelling something like burnt oil. Sure enough, there was oil sprayed all over, they left the oil fill cap off and it made a mess under the hood. Seems pretty basic, you take something off, you put it back on, ESPECIALLY the oil fill cap that keeps the lifeblood (oil) in my engine. Next visit replaced the A/C compressor under warranty, but the technician that replaced it, broke the locking tab off the power connector that pushes into the compressor. The A/C compressor would shut off randomly. Finally opened up the hood and checked the connector and it had completely fallen out the socket and I then saw the locking tab was broke. On the positive side, they did replace the hood liner that had been soiled with oil due to them leaving the oil filler cap off on my previous service visit. They also fixed the vibration/rough engine idle that I was having. The body shop also repaired a section of the exterior paint where the trunk lid had rubbed against the body. When I went to pick the vehicle up, the manager of the shop came out and told me he wasn't happy with the results and to bring it back again and they would fix it. Doesn't someone inspect the work BEFORE they tell the customer to come pick up the car? My Camaro is back in the shop as of yesterday, getting the A/C connector replaced and the trunk repair redone by the body shop. Let's hope they get it right after my fourth visit. Not once was a loaner car available for use, so I've had to pay out of pocket for a taxi each time I've dropped the car off.

    I purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Colorado from James and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. They were open and transparent on the pricing, and were even willing to work with me on some additional accessories. I probably spoke to every Chevrolet dealer within 75 miles and I can't recommend Burns enough! I came in looking to lease the Colorado and I have a background in finance. We discussed the value of my trade, they shared the Residual Value and Money Factor with me and were willing to let me calculate what I thought the payment should be using my own lease calculators. The truck was perfect except for the color, but they were willing to negotiate with me on some of the accessories I was interested in to earn my business. The entire process was very smooth. I was prepared to be there for 4-6 hours, I don't think I was even there for 2. I didn't know you could buy a car that fast in this day and age. Once all my paperwork was signed, James had my truck fully detailed and filled with gas ready for me to go. Both the sales manager and finance manager took the time to thank me for my business and congratulate me on my purchase. Excellent experience all around. Again, I can't recommend them enough.
