Tim in Servics is always so pleasant and nice. Everyone there is great but I prefer Tim to take care of things. He always keeps me updated and informed through Text messaging, which i prefer. I haven?t been happy with the service department at Reed Lallier for years now but I finally figured out the service associate that meets my needs. Everyone works hard there and i believe they are actually overworked. As many cars as Reed Lallier sells and services they really need more help. Brooke, Kevin, Matt, Tim, and Nice lady who smiles that sits next to Tim, They really do work too hard. Their desks are covered with papers and keys. I don?t know how they keep it all straight. As for the manager of the department. Whenever I show up, she is always conversating and it appears and i?m not saying this is the case, she chats and has personal conversations while her employees are running their butts off. Not once have i seen her get up and help them. Again that?s just when i am there and this is not by no means an overall conclusion. I just wanted upper management to know what i as a costumer see and feel when i walk in.

2022 Chevy Silverado 1500

I recently purchased a vehicle from Reed-Lallier Chevrolet. The professionalism of the sales staff and managers is second to none. I came into the dealership on a mission. I knew exactly the vehicle I wanted and had a trade-in price and bottom dollar line for what I was willing to pay for a new vehicle. I was promptly greeted by staff and was shown the vehicle immediately. Rock Lewis, one of the new sales associates on team Reed-Lallier, was very knowledgeable and was willing to assist me throughout my entire purchase. With the demands, I had set in place both Andre, the manager, and Rock were willing to find any means necessary to make my decision easy. We had an extensive price breakdown and there were no hidden curve xxxxx. Loria, the Finance Manager, was very helpful as well she worked to find me the best finance option that met my criteria. I have been shopping dealerships within a 200-mile radius and this dealership had the best prices, rebates, and sales team around. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle in our current state of the economy.
