Here for a good time, not a long time

Elijah there is a good sales rep. Made my trade in a smooth transaction while getting me settled with my new truck. When you get to the finance department Ms. Loria was the most helpful person ever. She knows her job and is great at helping you get the best deal.

Very disappointed had my truck for a week service...

Very disappointed had my truck for a week service advertiser was a nightmare never wanna go there again repairs was never fixed even after 700 $

After buying a new truck there and trying to get service,...

After buying a new truck there and trying to get service, why when you call the service department on August 23 2021 for a oil change the earliest they can get you in is September 14 2021 that is almost 4 week wait time for a oil change to me that is totally unacceptable and the person o talked to would not help in any way Told them I’ll go to another dealer and she didn’t care That is definitely not a way to run a service department.

Too far from home

On August 1,2021(Sunday) we filled our Diesel truck with gas. We live in Florida. Tim Maynor jumped on our truck first thing Monday morning and got us in/out and we was headed back home.We thought for sure we would be stuck in NC for a few days. But his friendly smile and great service. Had us home the same day. Thanks Tim and Service Dept. The "Black Mistress" is riding smoothier then ever!!!

To start I was a loyal costumer of Reed-Lallier but not...

To start I was a loyal costumer of Reed-Lallier but not anymore since they refuse to work on my Chevrolet Trailblazer. I drove 2 hours from Greensboro NC back home to take my vehicle to get it fixed, the only place I trusted because of being a Chevrolet dealership. I got there, I told them what was going on, they took the truck and the next day I get a call that the battery was low on charge. So i brought them a new battery, while i was on the road with the new battery I get a call that they didn't wanted to touch my truck. I beg the service manager to take a look at my truck, I sign a waiver that if something brakes i was responsible for the damage. Next day passed and I get another call that they did not want to fixed my vehicle. The original problem was that my vehicle did not wanted to crank up. I took the truck back home and it sat on my home for 2 months. I decided to work on it with my brother in law and 3 hrs later my truck had a bad starter. Very bad that a Chevy dealer can fixed a Chevy truck
