    Kaitland Craft - Service Dept Appt Laison consistently works to accommodate a schedule of my convenience, even if she has to put me on a waiting list!... Matt Davis - My personal Service Advisor who is always having a good day! Matt is prompt to engage and listen and act thoroughly on any of my vehicle concerns! Will Haigwood - Asst Service Mgr is very helpful in offering his expertise and resolve in vehicle concerns of curious habits! Greg Wallace - Service Dept Dispatcher is meticulous in reaching out to customers to confirm the Service Dept is meeting expectations Loria Davis - former Salesperson is genuinely concerned of my satisfaction with my purchase even though she was elevated to a non-sales position!     I purchased a new 2019 Silverado new off the lot in November of 2019. By the end of January 2019 the transmission was slipping,the touchscreen was malfunctioning... and would completely go out and become hot to the touch,the rear drivers side interior door panel began separating and the speaker grill on the dash had warped. I had videos that were sent to the corporate engineers so they could figure out what was going on.I informed them that I didn’t want that vehicle and that there were to many problems going on with it for the money I had paid for it. Needless to say they didn’t care whatsoever. They acted like this was my problem,even though I was told about several Silverado 1500 trucks being bought back for a multitude of issues that couldn’t be repaired right there. I had made a case with Chevrolet corporate and the vin number was frozen so no one else could purchase the vehicle. I ended up purchasing a Colorado from them because I needed a truck thinking they would help me out with the 6000 positive equity that had rolled over to the Silverado when it was purchased. No help was given whatsoever. They are crooks plain and simple.If the vin number hadn’t been frozen I would have taken it elsewhere. Poor business practices. Find another dealership.I will be posting this on every review site that they have.If you must buy from them deal with Alonzo he is about the only honest one there.

He talked me through everything for my understanding, including... all the details inside of my new traverse.
