I took my car to be repaired twice, and still have the same issue. My car was never fixed and I paid alot of money. I chose a dealership because they are... supposed to specialize in Chevrolet. My car was supposed to be diagnosed and repaired $534.00 later my car is still doing the same thing. I don't need my vehicle to be guessed on while more money is demanded. Mr. Will did try to help me when I was told that nothing could be done. The fact still remains my throttle was never cleaned and I was billed for it. I am very disappointed and disastfied I exhausted all my funds to get my car fixed right and still nothing. I will never bring my vehicle back to this place and I will be contacting five on your side to get my story heard I was taking advantage of and its really sad. I work hard for my money and I just basically gave it away with no real results but guessing games. It's a shame.

UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE!!! I went into Reed Lallier to look at a new car. I was approached by Carlos and he was beyond professional. He was spot on from... beginning to end. HOWEVER, once inside a sales manager, Tom, presented me an offer that was 1,000 less than sale price including my 2009 Nissan Titan!!! I counter offered. Carlos took the offer to Tom as I went to get a drink. As I came out both men awaited. The manager, Tom, stood there with my offer in hand. He angrily and loudly poked at the paper and went ballistic. After having the attention of everyone in the showroom I was humiliated and befuddled that he was making such a scene. He angrily kept poking at the paper and telling me that he knew that he was looking at it wrong and loudly told me to leave and go find someone that would give me a deal. Another manager followed me to the lot to apologize. Other sales reps around were not surprised. I simply can NOT believe it still!

I just bought a Chevy Cruze last Saturday and was taken great care of by Kenny Greene. He was able to put this old salesman in a vehicle that met my needs,make... my wife very happy, and best part is its affordable. I'm liking this place so far.
