My experience was great at Reed-Lallier!

My experience was great at Reed-Lallier! Everyone was friendly from when I first arrived and excited to help. My salesperson (Kenni with the Keys) was knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and demonstrated many of the newer features. We were able to work to at agreeable price and I drove away in my new car. Since that time, I have greatly enjoyed my car and appreciative of the calls for any additional support and feedback from the dealership and Chevy.

I'm usually the one to read reviews and not leave them, but I have to leave a review for this dealership and especially for Ray Johnson. I had a negative experience at a Chevy dealership in Raleigh, so I decided to drive 1.5 hours to Fayetteville to work with Ray. Reed-Lallier had good reviews on various websites and Ray's name had appeared in several of the reviews. All the reviews are true-great dealership! Everyone was very professional and friendly, and it did not seem like anyone was rushing us to make a purchase (especially since I also had my 1.5 year old at the car appointment too). Ray made sure I understood all the paperwork, how all the tech/settings worked in the car, and was willing to work with us on the price of the car/trade-in. I really appreciated all the time Ray took with us! If I ever decided to buy another car or someone asked me about a Chevy dealership, I would 100% recommend Reed-Lallier and Ray Johnson. Worth the drive!

I don't think Reed Lallier's prices are fair.

I don't think Reed Lallier's prices are fair. On my 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD 4x4 truck I had the transmission filter and the fluid changed at the Powers Swain dealership for a little over $300. My Chevrolet Tahoe is a 2019, yet Reed Lallier charged me over $800 for fluid and filter change on it. There isn't any way that there can be a $500 difference between two dealerships performing the exact same service.

Was kept up to date on what was going on. Very professional and knowledgeable. Vehicle is handicap accessible so they took their time to get the correct placement of my steering ball.
