On one occasion my boyfriend had an APPOINTMENT for an oil change... IT LITERALLY TOOK THEM 3 hours for this to be completed...this last time he went... because he was having issues with his alternator. The car has a warranty which only causes for a $50 deductible. The warranty company approved the repairs however, bud davis insisted that he pay for an additional .8 hour worth of work. When I questioned why the service agent why do we have to pay more he claimed whoever wrote the service manual book made a mistake on the time it would take to fix the vehicle. I said that doesn't make any sense. He got really snarky and snappy with me and told me "well look you can take the car and the keys and leave because we have to be paid". I said I spoke to the warranty company and they said we only should pay $50. Nonetheless, we left the car with them. He said the total we would have to pay was $116. Then they called my boyfriend 6 days later saying the total is $166 without any explanation. He gets there the new total is $189 (which we assumed were taxes). Nothing was ever clearly explained and the customer service was terrible. So I had to assume that the labor was $116 + $50 deductible + taxes. I honesty felt if the GM manual was wrong they should have figured or worked something out with the warranty company. The very first time he went to get a replacement key fob, he was told by the service dept rep " I haven't heard of a warranty company paying for this in full, so be prepared to pay for this in full, because your card will be charged". On another occasion we brought the car by because we were hearing a noise. We told them to call the warranty company but instead they said well it's just $70 but my point is we pay for this warranty every month but it's always an issue whenever we come by. I'm absolutely done with bud davis! Needless, to say I will drive to Mississippi to get repairs or use a third party before returning.

Overall service was great, although the service department was very busy they were very efficient.
The service dept. was excellent in every aspect of customer service, from the time we arrived to when we picked up the car....I will continue to due all... my service work at Bud Davis and drive 70 miles to get that service versus using a local service in Jackson, TN....no comparison....

I came in to get oil change and the oil light was not reset. I live 45 minute from the dealership and had to go back out my way to have this issue resolved.
Service Rep was friendly and accommodating. My wait time was reasonable.

I come in for an oil change & tire rotation by appointment. The service guy told me that I was due for fuel injector cleaners and throttle body clean out.... The estimated time was 2 hours, I was pleased with the service and time waiting.
I brought my car in for service, as normally done in the past. I have always received excellent care and consideration from the time I arrive to the time... I leave there. The staff are always polite and willing to assist in any way possible. I have been a long time customer of Bud Davis Cadillac with purchase/lease of seven automobiles and they continue to exceed my expectations. "That's what keeps me coming back".
