    I am very dissatisfied.I had my car serviced last week.Today my husband had to work on my car and discovered the antifreeze was low.When I got ready to... leave my car wouldn't start and I had to ask some guy in the shop to check it.He was busy and acted like he didn't really want to fool with it. They told me my struts we're wore out.I had it checked and they are not wore out.I won't have my car checked their again.

    Within three days, I sent three contact inquiries about a specific used vehicle (2 thru Cars.com and one directly from Carriage Chevrolet's website). For... some reason, they never sent a single response back. Despite this, my husband contacted the dealership via phone a couple days later on a Thursday and spoke with Emily about the car. He explained to her that we live 2-hrs away, but would take the trip w/in a couple of days to check out the only car we were interested in. Friday evening, my husband called back to confirm with Emily we would be arriving b/w 9a-10a Saturday morning. We arrived at 10a, and Emily was with another customer, so we were led to the car by another associate. Turns out, the car could not be test driven or thoroughly inspected b/c it was in their detail shop, and would take 2 hrs before it was completed!! We did not even get a good look at the car b/c it was taped of. THE CAR SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN DETAILED! This was shameful to treat a potential customer this way. No email responses, and we completely wasted our time taking the 2-hr drive and then being asked to wait around for 2 more hrs (paying cash by the way, so no financing was needed). We were not waiting around. And of course when we left after 15-20 mins, we never received a phone call from Emily about the situation. Worst car buying experience we've ever had.

    I made an appointment online for my service I also kept the confirmation number. But when I got there that morning they said that I did not have an appointment.... What is the use of making an appointment online if it's not valid. Thankfully I was going out of town for the day and I told them that I could just leave it and it would be okay. They were supposed to call me when it was ready I finally called around 4 and ask them if it was ready and they told me yes.
