Truck warranty repair
Had a easy and worry free experience on a vehicle repair. From the service writer to the service manager, everyone was very helpful and reassuring in our worry to have our vehicle repaired. As parts were ordered, updates were given to us so that we always knew the status of the repair and time.

Used Ford Fushion
It was a great experience. The only thing I did not agree with was turning the car over with a full tank of gas.

Poor customer service
The service department is terrible. Bought 2018 Ford Edge last year. The clear coat is coming off. Have been trying to get this resolved since May... no one will call us back to get this resolved..

Will not be back
After a lot of money spent for spark plugs and gas cap.Car is still missing. Called to let them know ,guy put me on hold to talk to service manager got his voice mail and left message to call me back, have not heard 1 word from them! Will not be back and just lost a customer for dealership as well. We have bought multiple vehicles from them but no longer.

Beware of extra cost
If you expect to buy a vehicle for the price you see on cargurus, you will be disappointed. The price does not include document fees and an add-on for a security package that all of their vehicles have (around $2000 for both). Their staff is friendly and helpful. A vehicle will also need a deep cleaning after purchase.

Goes the extra mile
The transmission was slipping on my 2018 ford ecosport. Ryan drove it every day for a week to get it to replicate what is was telling him was happening. Finally it did it and he was able to be my problem solved with a bit of help from the ford corporation. He's the best person that I have dealt with with my now 2nd ford in 3 years.

Impressed with speedy service
I actually was impressed that I was able to receive service on a holiday. It's not easy for me to take time off from work to take care of my car and was glad the dealer has service that is convenient for its customers. Also the length of time was amazing as well.

Great Dealership!
The buying experience was smooth, and Ben was a very informative, helpful salesperson. He knows the Ford product inside, and out. He did not make us feel rushed when we were driving the trucks, and asking a million questions. The big deal is the lifetime warranty. That sealed the deal for us instead of buying a Chevy for our Grandson, He loves the truck. Ben has continued to be available for us several times since the sale. Explaining things about the vehicle to my Grandson, it was a surprise so he wasn't with us when we purchased. Ben and the warranty are the reason we bought the Ford. Kris in finance did a good job explaining options to purchase, and handled the paperwork expediently, and professionally. We will be back when we get ready to purchase a truck for my husband, as long as the lifetime warranty continues to be offered by the dealership. I am telling everyone about that deal!! It is a great incentive, and no one else offers it to my knowledge. Put a big smile on my Grandson's face, and that's what I wanted! Kudo's to this dealership!!
