I bought our delivery van here and for several years the service department was great. The recent experience was not good and I will not be returning. We dropped the van off on Thursday afternoon with the understanding that we needed it back by end of day Monday. Communication was ineffective and I did not get a call back after the initial video and proposal was received Friday morning and had to make several calls to find out what it would cost and when it would be ready. It cost $2700 and I would have liked to know that beforehand. I couldn’t even get a ballpark estimate until it was ready. I didn’t sense that people cared. All I wanted was to know what to expect so that we could make arrangements to pick it up or figure out how we would manage our weekly schedule without the vehicle. I felt like we were an inconvenience rather than a repeat customer since 2016.

Javier was outstanding! We are on our way from Florida headed towards the Grand canyon camping and our battery crapped out and the RV.Javier got us fixed and replaced in record time and we were on our way thank you

Working with Leland in the service dept. was very nice and I was informed of what was involved at all points. My repairs were done there and I decided to just wait.. All was completed as planned. My car was returned washed and looking new with no signs of anything wrong. The repairs were perfect.
