Best Honda Service Department you can find. Thorough, efficient, and friendly. Keep it up team! The snack options in the vending machine are insane!! Watched a soap on the massive TV in the waiting room. Chairs are so comfy that I actually fell asleep and drooled on myself. Toilet seats were nice.

A Morning at Bozak

Dana explained everything very well and after the service...

Dana explained everything very well and after the service had the car ready on time. The facility was clean and efficient as usual. Price is a higher than an independent but I know the mechanics know Hondas backward and forward and have the OEM parts mostly in stock.

Finance employee Rachel straight-up lied to get us to sign. Said that if we pay off early we will save all the interest. Tried to pay off early and oh all of the interest. I cannot stress this hard enough do not go here!!!

Great car dealer!

My husband and I had a very pleasant experience at Bosak Honda in Michigan City. Our sales agent Trevor did an excellent job in explaining the vehicle's features and making sure we got what we wanted. We also felt like we got a very fair amount on our trade-in vehicle. Rachel was also very helpful in explaining some vehicle coverages.

Service Scam

Did not inform us of a cost for service. Did not fix something on the vehicle that was reported that could be a safety issue. I have bought many vehicles from there in the past. I will NEVER buy from them again!
