Southern Pines Chevrolet GMC

I have purchased a couple vehicles from this dealership but this is the first time I have used the service department. The service department and Brianna in particular had excellent communication during the entire process. This is the best communication I have received with any service department anywhere. I will use them from now on.

I have always had good service from the purchase of my car to the maintenance!

If i could rate 0 stars I would. Made a deal with Vince (I believe that was his name) on a used car. He agreed with my price and told me he would send me a write up on the deal. I was about to leave for the dealership (two hours from my house) and call to confirm again. Vince told me that he would have to charge $200 more because the dealership was losing$400 on the deal. This was after we had made the deal!! Will tell all my friend never to buy from this dealership. Crooked dealership!!!!

I always have a great experience dealing with southern pines Gmc Chevy. Sales and service are wonderful. I have bought 2 vehicles there now and get my vehicles serviced there.

Attention to detail is lacking. Waiting room TV, lights out, Wifi not working, no complimentary coffee or snacks for those waiting during service. Tire pressures not correct when I received my vehicle.

Great service department with friendly staff! I drive 30 minutes to this dealership because of there service versus a 5 minute dealership in my town.

Salesman was excellent. The process was speedy and hassle free. Had a great experience and world definitely recommend them to others.
