I really don't want this on your reviews but I would like you to know how I felt..maybe a learning experience I had a bad couple of weeks but with Car lots on every corner you should know how you made me feel I had just got out of the hospital this week . I was worn out. So when I went to test drive the car I said he could drive . I guess by some of the reviews I'm glad I didn't buy here . Like I said wore down just out of hospital arms all bruised looking like a junkie. I have POTs syndrome Which is a neurological disease. So yes this day it was bad. I was unbalanceed speech was probably..well was slurry. It causes you to repeat words. As I was leaving I turned around you were all laughing and after asking him to drive and Unbalanced and not knowing I had a speech problem i would think the same. Not saying no names I called back up there and talked to a salesman and told him what I'm writing to you. I was coming to pay the whole amount on the car this morning. Check in hand. I have had my CDL license for 33 years and well educated. It bothered me so bad I woke up and thought to myself should I go back this morning because I keep my word. But this time....no. well got to go on a mission someone wants this commission. .

This dealership runs their business like it's 1985. Payment packing (which is illegal) plus over $1300 of dealer add-ons and if you say you don't want them they will refuse to sell you the vehicle. They'll show you their worksheet and tell you it's a bank approval, like you're an idiot and don't know what a bank approval looks like. They'll charge you a higher price than what's advertised and when you catch them at this they say "oh sorry, the price dropped overnight and I didn't know". Mind you, this statement is coming from the used car manager. He doesn't know his own inventory?? Overcharging on registration fees plus a $798 dealer fee?? What a crock of horse manure. Wish I would've read all the reviews before wasting energy engaging with this dealer. If you're smart you'll go somewhere more ethical.

Not so good charge 249.00 for a registration fee. And I found out there is no 249.00 registration fee. Trying to found out why was I charge this fee. Have ask for corporate manager to call me.

The staff did a great job on my vehicle I am most thankful for them to put in the time and effort. Thank you so much.

Oil was changed at a timely manner. They also discussed my other issues. They can compare tire prices.

Dealer plying price games. Lots of add ons like nitro in tires on a used truck! I did not trust them so walked away. Stay away from this dealer as there are others that are straight up with customers.
