Communication was great and that was a customer friendly

Communication was great and that was a customer friendly process. We did not get to talk face to face is because I had to wait before I could make a deal So I will check in with the dealership in a couple of months.

Tried an online purchase.

Tried an online purchase. Total bait and switch scam. Tried to say the car was $7k more than what was shown! Not a coincidence. They said the msrp was also $7k more! Hmmmm..... Funny they had 2 similar cars on the lot. The first one magically sold between the time the verified it and i called to talk. Total xx. Go elsewhere!!!

My car was in for 35,000 mile servicing today.

My car was in for 35,000 mile servicing today. I made the appointment about two weeks ago and since I had no other conflicts I showed up an hour early for it today. Everyone was gracious despite my early arrival and I went to wait in the waiting room. While there I was able to observe one employee assist another customer whose car wouldn’t start and even give a phone number for her to call if she was stuck. The other ladieswere kind and immediately accommodating to everyone who came. They were apologies because they are a little short staffed in the automotive tech technician department. My car was ready and I was off, but grateful to have been taken care of and have had the opportunity to be around such an accommodating helpful. Were kind and immediately accommodating to everyone who came. They were apologies because they are a little short staffed in the automotive tech technician department. My car was ready and I was off, but grateful to have been taken care of and have had the opportunity to be around such accommodating, helpful people.

Shoddy customer service.

my 2006 Mitsubishi Raider was recalled by the factory due to air bag issues.Made an appt , was told it would take 2 days, it's been almost a week, and I cannot get any information from this dealer after calling and being given the whole "transfer you to the appropriate person" thing, which hung up on me 4 times.I will not be recommending this dealer to anyone!

We do apologize for the lack of communication on our part; there is no excuse and we will work harder to make sure our customers stay informed about their vehicle progress. We are in the process of upgrading our phone system and servers, which has been an occasional issue with dropped calls, again we apologize for that, we understand how frustrating that can be. This place is a nightmare!!!! The buying experience in itself was easy (obviously) but don't have an issue because good luck talking to the General Manager and THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT MANAGER IS A JOKE who will lie and give you the run around. I am STILL in a gridlock with them over a reimbursement for a rental that was per warranty! DO NOT BUY FROM GOSSETT
