Aside from not all staff wearing masks and the car not appearing to have been sanitized after service, I’m satisfied with the work. Having the car interior... sanitized and certified would have been good considering current conditions.

The Land Rover dealership has always been a pleasure to deal with and they actually care about you as a customer and are not trying to swindle you or mislead... you in any way. Very professional and courteous and willing to go the extra mile to fit you in for appointments. Other dealerships should learn a lot from them.

Rachel in sales was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured, and they were able to work with our credit union. Overall a good buying... experience except for the 20th-century negotiation part. I wish all car dealerships would get on board with no-haggle pricing! Recommendation? Well it's not like you have a choice if you're looking for a new Jag in Albuquerque -- but apart from the haggling, they're a great dealership.

I have taken my vehicle to get repaired and wouldn't even have my vehicle back a week and issue wouldn't be resolved so I would then Have to take it back... again. They would have my vehicle for 2 weeks wouldn't call to let me know my vehicle was ready. I would have to reach out to them... Last repair I had done was brakes and after 6 weeks of taking it back 3/4 times the brakes are still squeaking.
