I was contacted about a recall.
I was contacted about a recall. Made an appointment and took in my Santa Fe on Nov 16. Supervisor said it would take about 7 hours. Today is Nov 27. They still have my car. No one responds to texts. I may sell this vehicle if this is the only dealership in Albuquerque. Awful. Awful. Awful.

We purchased a Hyundai Tucson on July 1st.
We purchased a Hyundai Tucson on July 1st. Our experience was outstanding! Mateo our salesperson, was greeting us out in the parking lot with in 5 minutes of our getting out of our vehicle. He made our experience so enjoyable and easy. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and sold us exactly what we had wanted. It could NOT have been easier.

Dropped my Hyundai veloster off on April 18,2023 for a
Dropped my Hyundai veloster off on April 18,2023 for a same day recall. Car was driving well and no reports of issues other than an engine light flashing on and off. Days later codes were ran that I questioned since I had alignment and brake flush done a month prior. My mechanic was off and someone else pushed diagnosing. I agreed to pay for a catalytic and they assured me it would fix all. 3000 later I got to my car in June to pick up and it was smoking and wouldn’t accelerate. Was told it’s now the turbo and I activated a loan plus paid 1400 of my own money already. Going on month three of them ignoring me and refusing to talk to me. Manager Mike doesn’t even return cars and my car is pretty much totaled due to their misdiagnosis. Make it right Hyundai, answer my calls and fox this car!!!!!!!

Taken Advantage of
I can't believe my own ears when I read the used vehicle that I purchased was in a major accident. The salesperson, who never disclosed the extent of the damage, assured me that it was minor damage. If this information is not given to a potential buyer, I feel like I was lied to, deceived, and it lowered the blue book by 7,000. So initially, I overpaid tremendously. Buyer beware at this dealership. Salesperson was extremely friendly, knew I loved the vehicle and said volunteered very little info. Buying a vehicle can be a stressful time anyway. I just hope these people sleep at night knowing they took full advantage of me. Shame on you. Buyer beware for sure.
