I took my van in to get worked on, a pretrip service excluding engine service,Transmission service,radiator flush and alignment. The transmission started leaking due too two missing transmission bolts, and I had too replace my front tire due to incorrect camber.
Mopar service contract
Bakersfield is only worried about nickle and diming their customers. They wont even honor the standard mopar service contract that they sell. What a joke!

This Dealership is a JOKE
Awful dealership. Customer service here is a joke. Knowledge of sales staff of Jeeps is a worse joke. They literally know nothing about the Jeeps they are selling. Service department is the biggest joke of all. Sales manager, finance officer, and parts manager all assured me putting bigger tires on my Jeep would be fine. Brought the Jeep in for a steering gear box issue and I find out my tires are 1 inch too big and it voided my warranty. The stupidest thing of all is I had my lift and tires put on through the Jeep parts department. No one at any stage ever said a word about these tires voiding my warranty. If they did I obviously wouldn't have put them on.They refused to even look at the gear box, when two other shops told me that was the problem and to take it to the dealership since it's under warranty. From the minute we bought our Jeep here there has been nothing but problems and the reasons why is way too long to type about here. Suffice to say I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. From the general manager and down they are nothing but incompetent liars.
great Sales Service
A shout out to Keith Wisniewski, my sales agent. I was looking for a particular 2020 Jeep Wrangler equipped as I would have ordered if necessary. I saw a match in the Dealer website as new inventory. I called to make an appointment and contacted Keith. He relayed this Jeep was in stock so I set up an appointment for the following day to meet him, test drive the Jeep and inspect it. We came to a quick agreement on the sale price. During the test drive I noticed the steering wandered too much so Keith sent the Jeep to service for inspection and I agreed to return and complete the sale when it had been verified as corrected. Keith took personal responsibility to see this done correctly to my satisfaction. Keith has been my go to guy and has responded to every question and helping in any way he can. Other members of the staff were also helpful and courteous. I have purchased over 40 cars and trucks over my lifetime and I would rate my experience here as one of the best sales experiences I have encountered.
2020 Jeep Cherokee Latitude.......................
Very helpful in the buying process. Keith was great, low pressure and made clear our choices. Financing was made quick and easy. Appreciate the great effort to put me in the car I want for the payment I want.

Recall work on 2015 Ram Ecodiesel
Our truck had 2 recalls involving software and the EGR cooler. I told them that when I tried to make an appt. with another dealer, they couldn't do the EGR recall for almost 4 weeks as they are only given 2 of the parts per week. So I asked the phone person at this dealership to check with the service dept. when I called, to see if they were sure they had the part, since they made an appointment for us 2 days out from my call. "Yes, no problem." (We live over 60 miles from nearest dealer.) It would take 6-7 hours and no, they wouldn't give us a loaner. So we drive 2 cars (total of over 240 miles) and it takes them 8 hours and when we pick up the truck, they have not done the cooler recall because "they couldn't get the part." This morning I've been reading Ram owner forums, and it is well known among folks who've had this "fix" done that the parts are scarce, yet a Chrysler dealer doesn't know this? I'd give zero stars if I were able. We called at the 6 hour and 45 minute point to see if it was ready. They said they would need at least another hour, so we assumed they would call when it was ready, but they did not. Great example of terrible customer service. Calling the customer to let him/her know their vehicle is ready is a given, but apparently not at this dealership. Over 8 hours for 2 software recalls. This dealer needs a new service manager who is on top of what's going on in his realm.

As always, the service I received was exceptional. Service staff was courteous. Communicated timeline and process of services. I also appreciate their customer safety efforts
