Our sales representative was fantastic. Shawn is completely knowledgeable about his products, courteous, helpful and willing to work with us. Every one... there were very professional.
Needed a spare key for my Wrangler right away as I needed to go out of town for a few weeks I was able to get a service appointment right away and have... my Jeep service done same day
Daniel & TJ were very helpful and fun. I was direct with them about what I needed and they were very kind in making that happen.
Dear Kelly, We are pleased that your experience here at Chrysler Jeep was fun and helpful in your buying process and we appreciate your business. ...We look forward to seeing you here again for your next New or Used vehicle. Thank you for choosing Bakersfield Chrysler Jeep, and come see us again... From Our Staff here at Bakersfield Chrysler Jeep, Thank you
My experience @ Bakersfield Chrysler Jeep is ALWAYS a GREAT one. I owe it all to Leticia Perez my service consultant. She’s AMAZING. She’s HELPFUL and... she gets things done.
I had washed the Jeep just before taking it in for repairs. The vehicle had to left while awaiting a part and it was parked where it got covered in dirt!... The dealer refused to clean it saying "we don't do that anymore! I think that is terrible customer service.
Received recall notice, drove from Tehachapi to Bakersfield to have repair done, took approximately 1-1/2 hours to complete, and then drove home. Service... advisor was courteous.
Phone line did not allow us to get through for two days. Estimate was over the top expensive for the work; $1800 to change an exhaust manifold. Part... with gasket is available online for under $200, and the work for an experienced mechanic is under 3 hours. Research reflects the cost should be slightly under $1000.
The entire sales team was detail oriented and made sure that the experience was as easy as possible. Willing to entertain reasonable offers and work with... the customer to close the deal to satisfaction. Would highly recommend the sales staff to both experienced and inexperienced buyers.
Have had less than desirable experience in the past. Gave them another try. Jon was our service advisor. He was true to his word. I had an electrical issue... in my Jeep Wrangler, thought it would be a nightmare to chase. They were able to diagnose and fix same day. Pleasant experience today. Thank you. Much appreciated.
I am compelled to document the entire disingenuous saga of trying to buy a used car from Bakersfield CJF because they will use dishonest sales practices,... agree to deals they will not uphold, and assume no responsibility to communicate with customers in an honest manner. I found a vehicle that I was interested in, contacted the dealer on a Wednesday, and set up an appointment to test drive it on Saturday (Note: I’m stationed at Edwards AFB so Bakersfield is a 1.5 hour drive for us). The next day, the price was surprisingly increased on their website by $2,500. We went up anyway, test drove the vehicle, made an offer based upon the original asking price, and were told there was no way they could come down any lower than the original asking price. We know they can sell it for whatever they want, so we walked away disappointed, but so car buying goes sometimes. Resuming our search, we see the following Tuesday they have the car listed for $2000 below the original asking price, $5,500 below the last price on their website, and exactly what we offered when we were up there the previous weekend. Exasperated, I worked with them on Thursday and was told that they would sell it to us at the new price and we could come get it on Saturday. On Friday they called, set up an appointment, and all seemed to be good. Then, around 4pm, they called to say they had sold the car that morning. Needless to say, I was frustrated, and called the internet sales manager to see what had happened. This is the most frustrating part. She apologized up and down, acknowledged that they had used inappropriate sales tactics, said their process was broken, and promised me that she was going to take personal responsibility and search for another similar vehicle to make it right. That was a month ago and I haven’t heard one peep, not even an autogenerated e-mail saying they’re working on it. In buying cars, sometimes a deal can’t be done because the two sides are too far apart, but there is no reason that anyone should accept manipulative sales practices and disingenuous management.
