Expidante and professional

2017 Fusion

Called the service department got us right in diagnosed the problem told us when we could bring the vehicle into have it serviced again good to his word on when the vehicle would be completed.

Great service

Great service and great people. Everyone was very helpful and nice. Jeff Gann was very nice and courteous. Can't remember all employees I talked to. Got tp meet Mr. Bob Moore at the downtown location about 40 years ago. He was very helpful and nice. Great man. Thanks, Dennis Teague.

Service

Went to one dealer to get services and the Tech was off. So I called bob moore and Chad got me in even though they were swamped spoke volumes. I’m very happy car is running nice. Thanks bob Moore.

Warranty work

Both Jeff and Josh were friendly and did an excellent job of updating me while the car was having the rear differential rebuilt. Overall great experience.

30 minute oil change

Made my appointment on line. Service reps very courteous. Oil, filter and service inspection took 30 minutes and I was on my way. Very satisfied.
