Took my 2020 Ford Raptor into dealership to sell it to

Took my 2020 Ford Raptor into dealership to sell it to them. We agreed on a price and they asked to take it to the service bay, which was fine as there were no issues with the vehicle. It came back from the shop with a ton of error messages, ABS, Hill Start, etc., and they said we can't give you the agreed upon price due to these messages. Pretty convenient for them. Not very convenient for me. I'm taking it to a more trust worthy dealership in Mooresville. And, the error messages are no longer showing up..... In that same vein, a couple years ago, the truck was making a strange noise and I took it to them to fix. They returned the truck, saying it was fixed, although it wasn't fixed. Took to the Mooresville Ford dealer who said, "Oh yeah, there's a service bulletin on this" and fixed it in 5 minutes. This will be my last American car or truck. Between the quality of the vehicle and antics of their dealers, it is just not worth it.

I had my car serviced last week and it started by Jenn

I had my car serviced last week and it started by Jenn Simeone picking my car up from my home. She was very friendly and professional and your tracking system is very efficient when it comes to notifying of updates on my car. She was a pleasure to work with and I would use her very time I need to have any work done. Once my car was at the dealership, I received a call from Christopher letting me know that it was checked in and he verified what I needed to have done as far as my oil change, and included having my radio looked at since having problems with the volume control. He also was very courteous, friendly and professional. He then let me know when my car was done and explained what they found with my radio. I will ask for him whenever I need to call your service department with my needs or questions. I am very pleased with both of these people and your service department in general. Thank you! You have a satisfied Ford Owner

Explain to a customer that bought more than 6 cars/trucks

Explain to a customer that bought more than 6 cars/trucks from this dealership when they drop the ball on a request for a trade numbers for when they don't EVEN send the info to you???? I requested my trade in for a 2019 Ford Mustang Bullitt. Brittany Maners called me, and I requested my trade in value since it was bought at their dealership. She never called, text or even emailed the form after 3 phones calls. This was TOTALY on me for communication. After the last call, she informed me that the General Manager Stacy Cowan required me to fill out the form. Brittany Maners dropped the ball. If they do this to a customer with Mutiple buys at their dealership, how would they treat ANY NEW customer???

I responded to socialmedia@huntersvilleford.com with NO RESPONSE!! What a joke of CUSTOMER SERVICE they have. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP just based on that!!!

11 days later and NO RESPONSE. I find it so bad that they ONLY care in car sales then even a conversation with a 10X buying customer. This buyer will NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. Change management is the ONLY solution. AVOID THEM until they do.
