Bought my F-150 here on February 9th, 2024.

Bought my F-150 here on February 9th, 2024. The truck is great. However, I noticed a loose piece on the front grill after about 5 days. Less than 300 miles on the truck at this point. I took the truck back on the 16th. The service department could not get me back on the 16th, but scheduled me for the part to be fixed today the 22nd. My appointment was at 9:30, I arrived at 9:20. I was told the repair would take a couple of hours. I was advised of the two hours on the 16th and today the 22nd. I live around 30 minutes from the dealer and I am self-employed. I have no one to pick me up so I have to wait on the repair. After sitting in the lounge for 2 hours and 20 minutes, I go to see the status of the repair. To my surprise, my truck hasn't even been brought into the service department. It's 11:40 something at this point and they are just now starting the process. No on advised me of any delay or that the work hadn't started until I go check on the repair. No reason for the delay was given, no apology, just excuses. At this point I have a meeting at 1:00 and I do not have time to wait for the repair. I have wasted 3 and 1/2 hours of my day and gas for nothing. The service department SUCKS!!!!!!!! I would never buy from this dealer again because of this. Everyone is super nice when they are trying to get your business and money. Once, the sale is made you are nothing to them. This is how I felt after the experience. You would think after the purchase of a brand new vehicle they would go above and beyond to make you happy. I don't regret the purchase of the truck, it's great. I do regret buying from this dealer. My advice, buy elsewhere.

To my surprise my truck has not been brought into the garage for service, they have even begun the repair. They then (the service department) try to bring it in and expect me to wait an additional two hours for the work to be completed. No one in the service department reached out to inform me that the work to my truck had not started and would be delayed. For two hours and twenty minutes I sat there without any knowledge. No one came to apologize; they did however make excuses. I gave the dealership a great review after my initial purchase, I now regret that decision. This experience made me feel like I don't matter to them now that they have my money. You would think after purchasing a new vehicle they would go above and beyond to right the situation. I would not buy from this dealership, up front you are treated very well, especially when they are trying to get your money. I do not get the feeling they care for repeat business, at least the service department does not.

After arriving to the service dept.

After arriving to the service dept. we were quoted $250+ tax for a diagnostic check on my wife’s 2019 Ford Ranger. I explained that there was service bulletins on the transmission issue we had. I knew exactly what the problem was and said the service manager that worked on it would explain further BUT they refused to call or understand what I said. We went ahead with the diagnosis and sure enough that WAS the issue. I don’t understand them when they REFUSED to listen or even call the service manager at Meineke. With that said, “I can NOT RECOMMEND” Huntersville Ford service dept when they refused to listen to a repeat customer or make a phone call. It is OUTRAGEOUS when they take advantage on this type of situation. NOT RECOMMENDED.

We visited 2 other Ford dealerships before we ended up at

We visited 2 other Ford dealerships before we ended up at Huntersville Ford. By far, this dealership was more receptive and easier to deal with than the other 2. Kyle Bennet work very hard to find the truck we were looking for. He also made sure all our needs were meet in receiving the vehicle.

The process of purchasing a vehicle was better than I expected. Expressed interest in a vehicle via online app and within minutes I received call from dealership. Set-up a test drive session for the same day. When I arrived to the dealership I was promptly met by Shelton White, Sales Consultant and shown the vehicle for which I had expressed interest. From this point the process was seamless and expeditious. Great customer service throughout the entire process.
