Their salesperson response was awful. annoying and despite repeated specific requests for them to STOP sending absurd .gif files to my phone, they persisted.... I will NEVER purchase from them!
have received ok service in the past but I have recently had some very poor experiences. The Hunterville Ford Service Department has proven itself to be... technologically inept. The advancement of automotive technology seems to be advancing beyond the capabilities of this team. Component and Data analysis along with the simple tracking of issues within their service department is on par with a Ford dealership from the 80’s. This low tech environment allows service technicians the ability to use opinions over facts. It is also optional for the technicians to relay findings of diagnostics on vehicles. I used to like Hunterville Ford, I have bought a few vehicles from them. I might buy more. I would steer clear of the mom and pop service department and go to a dealership that has a little ambition. In less than 55 days it will be 2020, Huntersville Fords Service Department needs to get with the times..

From the time I walked into Ford Huntersville NC location, I was treated with such dignity and respect. My interaction with the salesman and management... was exellent during the purchase of my vehicle.

Excellent customer service and knowledge of available cars by Jackie Layne. Also, although the finance process was a little long, Shane McMahan was professional/knowledgeable... with a great personality. Both employees make their customers very comfortable.
They only care about the sale and not trying to take care of the customer after purchase.. Ignored my emails when i informed them I was not happy.

Service Manager, Chett Boschele, from my initial call to the time arrived was cordial, patient with answering my questions and very informative. The shuttle... driver (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) was friendly and fun to converse with during my ride to and from work! Thank you for a wonderful first time experience.
