We bought new tires for our daughter's vehicle through the special buy 3, get 1 for $1. When we went to pay for them we were charged full price for all... 4 but they quickly corrected the error and we were happy with the service.
I had a check engine light come in. I drove there and they got me in right then. I was there maybe 45 minutes while they did the software update and drove... the Jeep. They were polite, fast, and fixed everything.
Call in Thursday 11-21-19 am asking when the be able to work on 2005 Ram pickup that it wouldn't start. Told them that fuel pump was change about 10 weeks... earlier and the truck was acting the same as before. Had a auto repair look at it and they had it for 2 weeks and he couldn't figure it out. So was told they could look at as soon as I got it there or Friday 1st thing am at the latest. So I had it towed to you cause other places I check into said nit would be Monday at the earliest. So truck left Clinton Thursday around 200pm ( towed ) so I figure it be Friday before any work be done to it ( first thing ). I call late Friday afternoon and was told they haven't even look at it that it and they would try to gwt it in Monday. I was lied too, this was the only reason I had it towed to Doug Gray cause I was told Thursday afternoon or Friday 1st thing. I could of took it to dodge dealership in Weatherford and save me a few dollars in the tow bill. While the truck was in your shop it had some recalls I wasn't aware of and yall repair / replace those without telling me first in which you collect a little More Money for you until after you replace those issues. For me it's about the service and honestly of your people. They did a good repairing the truck and the invoice is easy to read and neat but I don't like being lied too. Just tell the truth for this reason is why you got what I gave you. In fact several years again y'all replace a dash in my 2002 dodge pickup at the old store and your service dept was same way. Did a good job but was told 1 date and that was like 8 days later. For those reasons is why I haven't bought from doug gray. I expect honestly and you are lacking in that dept ..... I would recommend with a warning on your timeless on completion of your work
I was in to get the 100K service done on my transmission was in and out fairly quickly. The service was scheduled 2 weeks in advance so was first one checked... in for the day and was done by 9:30
It is the best place to buy a new vehicle. The salesmen are very knowledgeable and will to assist in any way they can and at the same time they aren't... pressuring you to buy. I liked the overall feeling I got while I was there. I visited Doug Gray and several other dealers before I made my decision to purchase My Ram from Doug Gray.
