In 2004 I bought an 2005 Dodge ram 3500 from Blue Ribbon Dodge, I still own this vehicle, and too this day any service that has been done, has been do
ne by Blue Ribbon Dodge. On Friday November,6 2015 for the 19th time in the life of the truck I took in for an oil change. Today November,11 I was looking over the service sheet which indicated the air pressure in the tires had been checked, all four had been checked with the pressure of each written down. the only problem with this is there are six tires on this truck. So with this I started I started to look at other things on this list. What I found was this truck dose have a few grease zerks on it, none had been greased. the bad thing about this was I found one off the tie rod ends bad didn't look like it been greased in several services. With this said here's my concern. I have trusted my truck to the service department of Blue Ribbon for 11 years on the 24th of this mouth, it makes me wonder what else they haven't done. My review would be I believe the dealership as a whole would rate very good, but there service department has issues and until something is done to do what people pay them to do, go some where else or go over it with a fine tooth comb before you leave. shouldn't have to do that, I trusted you with my truck want happen again.
I knew what I wanted and that it would have to be ordered. I find that a lot of sales people do not listen or care what you want but rather try to sel
l you something else. I promised to contact Mr. Brock and when I woke up the morning I planned to do so, I did not feel well. He had been the only one so far that had answered my preliminary questions, but I figured a face to face might not go well, but then I had already committed. I had an ace in the hole with having a friend that was real close in relationship to a different Chevrolet dealer, but more distant from me in physical location, I suspected that I would contact Mr. Brock and it would then be a matter of going a different route. To my surprise, I was given answers to my remaining questions and not talked down to or asked how much I wanted my payments to be, either of which would have caused me to go home and finish my nap. I ordered what I wanted that morning and appreciate the respect I was shown.
For a small town, Blue Ribbon Auto Group was simply awesome......Their internet guy (Mr. Brock) is a true professional who overall delivers what he pr
omises. The guy is just simply good! Give him a shot the next time you are seeking a new or pre-owned vehicle.

Sales is friendly but had limited knowledge of the vehicle. There were several issues with the truck and the problems were either unknown or not discl
osed properly. Later, I found serious wiring problems with the engine. The manager did the right and help cover SOME of the repair costs.
