My dad and I just came in to look at the New Trax and

My dad and I just came in to look at the New Trax and immediately felt at home. He has purchased from your dealership multiple times and this was my first time but you now have a loyal customer! D?mon made us feel right at home and took his time making sure I got what I really wanted. He is a true gem to have. Great customer service and really listened to what I wanted and made sure it happened. Trent in your parts department was also a big help with ordering the floor mats I wanted and making sure my points went across to the ?My Chevy? app. It really was a breath of fresh air with your dealership and not feeling like I walked out the door just another number. Above and beyond from everyone I encountered!

Bought severe vehicles over the years from this

Bought severe vehicles over the years from this dealership. Both new and used. Always smooth, quick and painless. I only deal with Larry. He is never pushy and is always willing to help me get the most for my trade in, dealer incentives and rebates.

Very friendly staff who were not overbearing.

Very friendly staff who were not overbearing. Everyone was very helpful. Our salesman answered all our questions &steered us in the right direction. Staff was very accommodating, especially weather related.

Not so stupid?

Came in for oil change and tire rotation which was done within the quoted hour time frame. My issue is when I needed to discuss issues and possible resolutions the service manager spoke to me like I was a 2yr old and too ignorant to understand anything being discussed then promptly dismissed me as she didn?t have time to speak to someone so stupid. I was not impressed in the least and therefore will definitely spend my money somewhere else for the repairs my vehicle needs.

Battery replacement 2013 equinox

Warranty was still in effect, best to have a 1 stop repair shop. I had just priced a new battery, they didn't install , decided to have you guys install, discovered battery still under warranty.

I was more than excited when I went to Abernathy Chevrolet, Buick and GMC to look at new vehicles to find out that Harry Avery was a salesman there. Harry has sold us our past 2 vehicles and I immediately felt relief that I could relax and know that I was in good hands. As usual, Harry did an exceptional job and we were very happy with his exceptional customer service which led to our purchase. A shout out also to Katrina. She was also so supportive to answer questions and welcoming when we were at the dealership.

Mitch Abernathy call me!!! I am illegally blind

This is the worst dealership you can take your GMC toooooo. Very poor service and Mitch Abernathy will not speak to you. He will not even call back even if his service people don't speak to you after having a vehicle towed for service and appointment set.

Will not own another chevy product.

bought a truck a few months ago, my first and last chevy. Not pleased with the truck just feels cheap. Did not receive my owners manual or my second key. I have contacted them and sales says to call service and service says to call sales. It is a shame that you have to download an owners manual with a 47k truck and don't even get me started on the no second key. Will not own another chevy product.
