Diffee Ford Lincoln

My wife and I have purchased 4 used cars from Diffee Motors over the years. Always a first-class experience with quality cars and reliable maintenance when needed. We've worked with sales, finance, maintenance shop, and insurance services with no issues receiving first class customer service. In our opinion, they are the best by far!!

Joe is an excellent representative for Diffee in the service department. Even though the service needs were not necessarily the news we wanted he worked hard to help however he could. The care and professionalism is amazing. We have found a dealer and service for life.

Went in for my oil change and as usual the service department goes above and beyond with changing the oil, rotating tires etc. They not only provide great service but also have great customer service from the beginning of the purchase process through all service.

I bought an MKT several months ago and went back today for an oil change. Phil in the service department was wonderful and even helped me with some operating questions I had. Not only was the buying process a pleasant experience but the service department is also a great experience.
