Not what it used to be....

What should have been a two day, simple repair turned into a week long drama. They initially tried to upcharge on labor for an additional part that wasn't even quoted in the initial diagnostic. We called them out on it & they reduced it by one hour. Then I was just left hanging for a week with no vehicle. I didn't receive a call or any updates from the dealership until I finally called them to check the status. I was never offered a loaner car at any time during the process (which they have done on previous occasions). They offered me a free car wash for all of my trouble....ummm, no thanks. What used to be a wonderful dealership with great service has now hit the bottom of the barrel. Sad.

Incredible service!
