Both my wife and I enjoyed working with Ron on the review of the automobile and establishing the approach we wanted to take to acquiring it. When we finalized the pricing with Gary it was done professionally. When we closed with Chad he was courteous and proficient in handling all the paperwork.

Ron, great job, Chad made the finance process very...

Ron, great job, Chad made the finance process very pleasant, jeremy very nice but felt his explanations and hard sell of the " buy back/lemon law" vehicle was not truthful and sincere. he was very nice just wish he would have been honest. the entire process was a good experience, i hate the "showmanship/salesmanship" game of back and forth between the salesman and the manager. people, including me HATE this process. car buying does not have to be this way. as long as dealerships, no matter how nice, play the sales game then there can be no exceptional dealers. Ron ran the car through the gas station car wash and put a little gas in the car for delivery. evidently the crew that is supposed to get a car ready for delivery stops at 5. everyone I showed my new car to commented " when ya gonna clean it up" in my opinion I would have been much happier if the car had a showroom shine when i took delivery.

Both Reggie and Adam were extremely friendly and professional. I never felt like I was being pushed or persuaded into buying something I didn't want. Both gentlemen answered all of my questions and didn’t make me feel stupid for asking a bunch. The entire transaction went very smoothly and only took about two hours, which was a huge plus! I knew what I wanted and they knew how to make it happen! Adam explained all the extra warranties and options to me in a way that I actually understood and made it where I could see their benefits instead of just another price tag. Reggie called me the next day to make sure I was completely satisfied and asked if I had any other questions. THANK YOU for making my first new car purchase a success!!!

So far this is the 8th or 9th Cadillac that we have...

So far this is the 8th or 9th Cadillac that we have brought form this dealership. The sales and service is why I keep coming back to Bob Moore. Monroe has taken care of me the last two time that I have purchased a car and I have recommended him to my friends and family. The Service department has always taken very good care of me and my cars. Jerry and staff are just great!

I had an excellent experience at Bob Moore Cadillac. The two members of the sales staff that I interacted with the most (named above) did an excellent job. Richard is exceptionally knowledgable about the products and was eager to inform me of about them.

We are a retired older couple. I explained our needs to Will Dodd, and he found the vehicle to fill that need. Eric Poston made excellent financial arrangements for us. Both people were extremely friendly and courteous. If we live long enough to purchase another vehicle, I will call Will Dodd before I shop elsewhere.

My experience with used car salespeople and dealerships has always been one of "I would rather have a root canal". But, working with the people at Bob Moore Cadillac was one of no pressure and all the people were extremely responsive.

This was the best car dealership experience I have ever had. Josh made the financing part extremely easy and understandable. He was nice friendly and courteous. He is definitely a people person and and listened to what I had to say. I will definetley go back to him to finance my next vehicle.
