    I purchased my truck long distance from Bob Howard Chevrolet. First time I've ever had a vehicle delivered to me. Obviously I was very nervous and uncertain about the idea of purchasing a vehicle so far away. With the outstanding service of the two sales managers Nick and Fred my mind was put at ease. When it came to financing all my questions were answered both guys were super friendly and knowledgeable that would be Nick and Jarod. I would definitely go back to Bob Howard Chevrolet and recommend it to all of my family and friends.

    I had set up an appointment for Saturday for oil change, lift gate and transmission issue. I was told they did not know which technician would be in on Saturday when I dropped my vehicle of early. I said no problem. I expected them to look at it on Monday. No call from my service agent. Tuesday Taylor called around 11:30am and informed me of a fee and needed 2 hours of labor cost to approved to find the issue. I approved it. No call back on Tuesday nor Wednesday until 5:30pm when I called. I also called in the morning and left a message. Taylor was not available and could not find out what is wrong with the vehicle until Thursday morning. I approved the repair for the transmission and inquired about the lift gate, they had not even looked at it yet. Friday after the transmission issue was fixed around 5pm service agent called and informed me of issue with lift gate and cost. By then I was upset that my vehicle was in the shop since a whole week and only the transmission and oil change was done. I picked up my vehicle on Saturday. Sunday while driving around I noticed my oil change notice sticker was not changed. So then I went through my display dash menu to see if that reflected the oil change. It did not, so I am wondering if the oil change was even done????? Not happy about this situation at all!!!!

    Every since I took my car there cuz of the recalls for them to fix it my car hasn't been working right they kept my engine cover my oil has been leaking very bad I have called them several times but they would never return my calls it has been almost 2 months now so I will give everyone an advice before u leave there make sure you check every thing out on your car make sure you have every thing done right and now since they decided not to call me back I'm going straight to the top GM to file a complaint against them

    We were driving cross country when are car broke down it was going to take to long to fix and to much money to fix. My husband was recommended to this dealership. He had to get a car to tow a uhaul and was told that the ones he was looking at could have that done.They had issues with getting his checks cleared that took a day and a half then they said they could put tow on . Then they couldn't so had to send it out. Then they had to order part. We have been here since late afternoon Monday and it is late Saturday afternoon and no car . We have been stuck at a hotel with dogs because we were moving cross country. They keep promising it will be done and everyday nothing. How can they be so unprofessional
