AMAZING!!! I recently wrote a very unflattering review about a not too far removed experience I had at Brown Lee Ford. The response from ownership (Mr.... David Lee) as to my experience showed me they “get it!” The professionalism of the staff blew me away, from my wonderful saleswoman Emily Duncan (always responds and communicates, I was impressed), to the managers, to the sales staff, to the finance dept, to the service dept (talkin’ to you DETROIT! ;-) to the owner Mr. Lee himself. Mr. Lee, great leadership by you shows in your top notch staff! Mr. Lee knew I was coming in and showed up on a Saturday on a holiday weekend to make sure that I was cared for truly blew me away! Not only that, they put me into what I truly wanted and made me one happy client. I purchased the Shelby Supercharged (750 hp) “Black Ops” F-150 by Tuscany. (He’s a beauty!) Let me ask you this? How many car dealership owners show up on a Saturday of a holiday weekend to right a wrong? I’m guessing not many. Mr. Lee, you took a tough situation and turned me back into a lifelong client again. This is my 3rd high performance truck I’ve purchased from one of Mr. Lee’s dealerships, it surely won’t be my last. (Not by a long shot! My girl has her eye on the White Hennessey Velociraptor Ranger already) Here’s the “kicker” that sealed the deal for me, I live in Franklin, TN, Brown Lee Ford is in Morrison, TN, (that’s a 3 hour round trip) and offered if and when I need service, DETROIT is going to drive to my home with a loaner and take my truck back to the service center at the dealership, are you kidding me? That was above and beyond my expectations to say the least. When it was time to drive off (after a nice detailing to make BRUTUS III shiny), Mr. Lee, Emily Duncan (my saleswoman), and service manager (DETROIT) all showed me off after a little chat. I end with this, Brown Lee Ford had to do a thing for me, they WANTED too! If you want to have as good experience as possible at a car dealership, go to the BIG BOYS toy store and see Miss Emily Duncan and the staff at Brown Lee Ford, you’ll be happy you did! Mr. Lee, you were a gentleman and a great deal maker, you’re aces in my book! To the staff, I am humbled and grateful for today’s experience. Regards, Larry W.
