excellent service facility

Friendly knowledgeable people were easy to work with, provided prompt service and excellent communication of the whole process.They came up with the best solution to my issue and got me back on the road in under the time they gave me to do it. I highly recommend them for any service needs.

Not reputable

Brough my 2016 Dodge Journey for repair. Quoted $475, but billed $800 and said that I misunderstood the quote over the phone. Picked up with a different part not working. My rep refused to admit dealers fault in malfunction of the newly broken part - and quoted me another $777 to fix it. Originally replaced a radiator hose and timing valve censor. Picked up with broken A/C. Now it needs to actuators($30 each mopar prices), both located under the glove box held up by 2 screws each - the quote for pars and labor was $777. Now they asked me to leave a 5 star review. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Columbia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat

The service department here goes above and beyond. Justin Hicks was the person who helped me. I needed some warranty work done on my car. They took me in right away and gave me a very nice loaner car. my car was done within a couple of days and Justin helped me get all the things out of the loaner car and into my car. I've never had a car dealership with a service department like this one. They have a customer for life.

Parts and Service Department.

Parts and Service Department. Complaint Express lane Oil and filter change. I got to your service department at 6:45 am on 12/29/2023. In the express lane to get an oil and filter change. Was asked if I have an appt. Was told no. Then was told I would have be work to get an oil and filter changed since I had no appt. I was told by a black service technician, that this had changed a month ago. Nowhere on your website for the express lane does it indicate by appointments only Nor do you have a sign at the building appts only. This is a very poor way to do business. I'm appalled and disgusted at the service at this location, I wasted my time, gas, and energy to find this out.

Poor customer service and dishonest management

They will never get a good word or review from me. Not after how we were treated after recent purchase from them. What seemed like good deal was hiding all the bad and they refuse to make it right.
