This dealership rocks! I bought a used car from them for my daughter As Is. By the time I drove it home I found airbag error light was on and horn not... working. Since these were safety issues I emailed them. They responded immediately and set up repair. Even gave me a nice loaner vehicle to take home till it was fixed. I was told they would cover the repair but still I worrried, because of past bad experiences with other car dealerships that I would end up being charged for something. That very day I was told they found the problem and would have new parts in the next day. The next day I was told it was done. I went to pick it up, worried about hassle for bill for loaner vehicle or repair. It did not happen. They quickly handed me my keys to my completely fixed car. So polite and helpful employees. Thanks so much!!!

Very disappointment with my experience at Benton Nissan of Columbia. I live 90 minutes away and had called about a new vehicle because of the good internet... price. I asked if the online price was indeed the selling price and was told yes. The website also said that the sales price included the doc fees. I asked if that was true and was told yes. I asked if there were any other fees and was never told that there were any. I set up an appointment for Friday but decided to talk off from work and go that afternoon. I got there and quickly found out that the doc fees weren’t included, that the dealership had an additional $1495 package that was “already on the vehicle” and the price wasn’t the internet price because I didn’t qualify for some discount. They finally took the doc fees off by giving a dealer discount but wouldn’t do anything about the $1495 package I didn’t want. I end up leaving as the General Manager and Sales Manager got upset at me. I wasted over 5 hours on this experience. Won’t go back again.
