Was very pleased to be a walk in and be served in an hour and a half for an oil change and 4 wheel alignment.

This is the third time I have been up there to purchase a car and I have never been disappointed. They always make it as stress free as possible . Bill helped me and he was very kind it was a joy doing business with him .

I didn't appreciate being told that someone else was there deciding between the car I wanted to see and another after I drove an 1 1/2 to get to the dealership. Especially when I called about an hour before we got there and they told me they would get everything ready and call me if anything came up. I was told that was before the other people even showed up. So they can't call and let me know?? I drove 1 1/2 to come see that particular vehicle. Then while the people were deciding on which car their going to buy, they offer to let me drive it! Really?? So I can fall in love with it just to have someone else buy it? Then they wanted to sell be an older one that was about $4000 over my budget. I only wanted to see the car I came for! Next time, let people know before they get there. You wasted my time and money, Thanks!
