We had a great experience working with the staff, especially Larry. All were professional, friendly, and courteous. They have a large selection of vehicles.

I had researched a little and ruled out other manufacturers. I had wanted to purchase my first brand new vehicle. I walked the lot, did a test drive and made my selection, driving off in @ 2hrs. Everything was great, easy and quick! This is my 3rd Subaru. I still have a 2003 Baja. Previously had a Brat. Now I have a 2024 Crosstrek.

Terran was a great salesperson, helpful, understanding and willing to answer fully and comprehensively all my questions. Dealing with Zeth quick and painless. The financing aspect was painless. However, since I was paying cash the dealership informed that payment had to be made with a cashiers check only. That requires a return trip to the dealership (140 miles roundtrip). I was not pleased.

Very good experience. And great people at Grayson. Would definitely recommend this dealership to others.
