Had a rough encounter with a pothole that did quite a bit

Had a rough encounter with a pothole that did quite a bit of damage. These folks got me back on the road ASAP. I wish I could sue the city of Knoxville for the cost but no luck.

The service department continues to be top notch. We did a spur of the moment oil change and were in/out in 30 minutes. Love this dealership!

Literally the easiest car purchase you could imagine.

Literally the easiest car purchase you could imagine. Justice was awesome and answered all questions I had and helped the process go super smooth. Will definitely use them again if I ever trade in.

If I could give them 0 stars I would.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I?ve taken my car there twice. The first time an oil change. I got it back and they didn?t put the bottom part back on all the way so it would flap when driving. The most recent I got it picked up for an oil change and it had an active recall. They brought it back with a bent plate so when driving it made the worst metal on metal noise. They then argued about getting it back. It was VERY noticeable, I?m not sure how they missed it when dropping it back off. I will not be using them again.
