    My car wouldn't start when I came out of CVS. Scott Elmore quickly sent Rob to jump start the battery. I then drove to the service department where Scott had my battery charged and checked. They determined I needed a new battery, which was put in. A big thank you to Rob for coming to CVS to jump start the battery. Also thank you to Scott for working hard to determine the problem and the service person who installed the battery. Everyone made me feel like a valued customer.

    Our salesman, Scott Eisenhut, and Customer Service Rep, Andy, have made us feel like family while purchasing our pre-owned Cadillac SRX. We had some questions about using the accessories and Scott went out of his way to help us. When we had a couple of things occur with the car Andy took care of them immediately. Purchasing from Dave Kirk Automotive has been a remarkable experience for us, especially working with a convenient, local business.
