Most courteous, friendly and very professional. Explained everything that was going on and was very punctual. Wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else if any way possible to get to E. Tn. Thanks to Joshua and Jon for a great experience.

Joshua was very knowledgeable and very professional in handling my problem with my vehicle. The service team at E. Tn. is the best, they really try to put the customer first in all situations. I will not trust my vehicle with any other dealership if at all possible. Jon really tries hard to keep the customer happy.

Andrew, our salesman, was great to work with.

Andrew, our salesman, was great to work with. We’d do business with him again. However, whenever we got our paperwork to approve to start the paperwork and said finishing paperwork were two different things. The monies agreed on for our trade was reduced which reduced the amount we were putting down. This was an all day event to buy a car from them so we wanted to get out of there and didn’t catch the error until we got home unfortunately. When we called we were told that they gave us 1k rebate then charged us $2k for Katskin seat covers, which we were told we needed to keep on the lower end side when picking out the leather because the dealership was paying for it since they didn’t have a truck with it on their lot. We thought this was already included in the purchase, not something that we were paying for out of our down money. Definitely feel we got the raw end of the deal on those. For 2k we could’ve gotten real leather! We live quite aways from the dealership so we couldn’t go back and tell them to keep the truck and cancel the deal but we should’ve. We feel they could’ve been a lot more transparent on this purchase.
