They overcharged me for my original service by about 1000 dollars and Johnny from the services department said I should get another 100 thousand miles... after that. I returned 500 miles later with nearly the same issue and asked them to diagnose it. Johnny told me over the phone he would need another 200 dollars or so to diagnose my car. When I went to pick it up he charged me 500 dollars and lied to my face saying he never said two hundred over the phone. He then said it would be another 18 hundred dollars to fix my car even though it was still under warranty from before. Then the crooks said "Either give us the money or we will keep you car" I reluctantly paid and they closed the shop behind me. I got in my car and noticed the strong smell of gas. They had closed so I had no choice but to drive it home. When I got home and opened the hood I noticed the fuel injector above the cylinder the were working on was spraying fuel all over my engine where it could easily ignite and explode. I called the next day and they refused to help fix the problem they created. I had to have my car towed to a real mechanic , Mikes Service center in Jamestown who was also astonished at Van York's mechanic Dougs' negligence that could have cost me my life. I had to buy a new car because they destroyed my car in an attempt to get me to buy one of their high mileage vehicles off the lot. I was in shock for days from these criminals and I hope they get what they deserve, nothing but a life full of misery like they dish out. Karma please destroy this lot and its criminals that rip people off everyday.
