I do appreciate you and Curtis working with us, especially for the time spent for a transaction that was not high end! This says much about the values of your team and your fine organization. Again, many thanks! Added: Came in from out of state for auto listed on internet. Also, thanks to Tom's service advisor, Donna for taking good care of Tom for planned followup service visit. The car was exactly as advertised!! Overall an outstanding dealership and team of associates!!

    I have been to this dealer four different times to buy a used car over the past 10 years. The only reason I did go there is because they had the car on the lot I wanted and I am a loyal Chevy owner. This place is a ham and egg operation with the shadiest of characters working there. The Finance department is even worse who in one breath say you cant afford to have two car payments and try to convince you to trade in your car that's upside down resulting in a new car payment of almost 900.00 for a car that is already 5 years old at twice the interest rate you are currently paying. In addition their cars are way overpriced. Do your research first we wound up going to Terry Labonte and purchased almost the same exact car without having to trade in our old one and at a lower interest rate within the same week we visited this dealership.

    Upon arrival I was greeted by personnel with the dealership. I was very impressed with the dealership, its location, cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff. We were then introduced to Steve Smith, a sales consultant with the dealership. From there it was a very pleasant experience. We identified the vehicle we were interested in, were given an opportunity to test drive the vehicle, and once we agreed upon a price the deal was done. I'm certainly a no nonsense type of guy and I was looking for a dealership that got straight to the bottom line. What I was most impressed with was the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. Steve Smith (Sales Consultant) and Erik Rodriguez (Finance Consultant) made the process seamless. Any time you purchase a new vehicle it takes some time due to the required forms, but when dealing with quality personnel it makes the process easier. Without question I would recommend this dealership and Steve Smith (Sales Consultant) if you're in the market for a new vehicle. Tony Perkins Proud Owner of a new 2017 Chevrolet Colorado

    Upon arrival I was greeted by personnel with the dealership. I was very impressed with the dealership, its location, cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff.     Overall the dealership has been average, but our experience with our salesman Clay Hudson was poor, we feel he wasn't honest about the features we asked for on the vehicle. We wanted manufactured navigation system, not on star navigation (the car we traded in had the manufactured navigation), we asked Clay if the vehicle we were looking at had this and he said yes, but it has on star navigation. We purchased the SRX used and the CUE system was froze and needed to be replaced, so at the time we purchased the car we couldn't use any of these features and didn't know for sure exactly what type of navigation it had on it. Clay told us it would be replaced in 2 wks , it was 2 1/2 months before they got the new system in because it was on a national back order, which Clay didn't tell us. When we got the new system installed it didn't have the navigation that we wanted, it has the on star navigation, so to say the least we are not happy with our first experience with Vann York or with Clay Hudson.

    I had an appt @7:30am on 12-22-16. I got there at 7:26am. People came in after me and 4 people left before me. When I asked about my car I was told to go back in the lobby and sit down and he would go check on it. 3 min later he came back saying there was other cars in the way and it will be 20 min. I finally got called when they got done at 9:58am. I was told they will give me a free oil change and tire rotation but didn't give me nothing in writing. And then I had to ask for a receipt. They put a sticker in the window that states the date and current miles and didn't tell me yet when I should get my oil change next. I end up leaving there at 10am. An oil change took 2hr 30min.

    Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. I had made a mistake in not titling my new truck in the business name and was told it was no problem. When I got there Allen Hunt was on vacation for the week but Erik Rodriguez handled the problem quickly and efficiently. Thanks for going above and beyond for my mistake.
