If you want a dealership who will support you over the life of your vehicle - do NOT go here. This dealership has been in decline for years. It is sad... to see. I strongly advise you NOT to take your business to them. Their service is atrocious. They cannot turn vehicles quickly, mislead you on their service timelines, will not return calls, are not proactive, are unresponsive, have massive employee turnover (not surprising) and are impossible to work with. Myself and others have repeatedly been lied to, ignored and denied timely repairs. Do NOT go here.

Found the car I wanted online and contacted Internet Sales Al and Manager Raul. Both great guys, and excellent service. I travelled the distance to buy... the car, and they were extremely helpful every step of the way. Both guys took their time to make sure that every question I had was answered and that I was completely satisfied with the vehicle (and the sale) before completing the transaction. Would definitely consider buying from them again. As an out-of-town buyer, it was well worth the trip! Absolutely love our new Chevy Volt !!

Check engine light came on and my husband and I hesitated on taking it in for fearing the worse. As we expected the result was a bad engine.Now having... over 100k and with a service contract we just had to deal with the waiting game as it was the holidays. However the service department handled it the best they could and also provided us with transportation while we waited for the adjuster. Once it was settled and approved we again had to wait for the parts. Once the parts arrived the repair was in a timely manner. Truck ran good and then the fear we had arrived... Bad o2 sensor. Service dept got the service contract to cover that as well however we had to replace the cat converter (contracts wouldn't cover it). Found one and had it replaced and so far it looks and runs good. Been 3 weeks now so we will see how it runs after some time on the road. Thanks to the service dept Richard, Justin Jeff, Alfredo (tech) and Margaret for giving us that extra help during the christmas and new years holiday....

Quick service as always. I was quite satisfied. Chevrolet needs to change the light and 4wd knob location. Bad design. When getting out of truck, my knees... always hit these knobs, turning them. Very irritating.

I was looking to buy a new 2018 Chevy Colorado Z71 and I had received several offers via email. When I contacted Deb (Internet sales manager) at Henry... Valencia she gave me a price for a truck she had in stock. When I visited their website I saw where they had a red Colorado in transit, I asked her to advise me when it got there. She did and this is where the GREAT experience began. I went to look at the truck and it was what I wanted so i asked her for a price. She immediately gave me a quote so i asked how that compared to invoice minus the incentives that were in place. She said, :let's go look." She showed me the invoice and gave me the lower of the Supplier versus Invoice price minus the incentives. It matched her verbal quote and was at least $1,200 less than any of the other quotes I had received for similarly equipped trucks. The interaction was stress less and she was very easy to talk to. NO PRESSURE. I asked to have 24 hours to decide and she agreed to hold the truck until I decided. No other dealer would agree to do that. Now the big topper and to my great surprise Chevy added an additional $1,000 rebate while I was deliberating. Deb immediately notified me and lowered the quote by the new rebate. Only ONE other dealer did that. In addition, the Doc Fee was $150 cheaper than anyone else. DEAL SEALED! Everyone knows the Business Manager is responsible to try to sell you additional extended warranties and services when you finalize the deal but Jessica only let me know what was available and the pricing, again NO PRESSURE. Deb then helped me set up the Colorado ON STAR, briefed me on the various buttons and thanked me for the sale. The truck was detailed and had a full tank of gas WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE! Henry Valencia with Deb and Jessica in particular are very much worth your consideration

The intial servoce I recievd grom henry valencia was great, got a good deal and left happy, unfortunately in the proceding weeks my preception quickly... changed for the worse.I was promised by two individuals that my license plate would be mailed to me when they recieved it. As the experation date on my temporary tags neared I called the dealership and they promised it would ship out monday morning ( I called on a saturday so I was ok with that). Come wednesday and no plate I followed up they told me it shipped out and had a million excuses for the delay. First thing friday morning (you can probably guess what's coming)..... yup! Still no plate! I call the dealership and get another alibi on when my plate shipped out.needless to say I have been driving on expired tags for over a week now Henry valencia obviously does not care about customers after the sale. I will never consider doing business here again.
We bought a 2006 Buick LaCrosse new in 2006 and while we had some problems with it, everytime we took it in To The Service Dept. we were treated with the... outmost respect, and the tech's were wonderful, especially Richard who went out of his way to make sure the problems were fixed, Thur out the years we have bought quite a few cars from Henry Valencia and have always been very satisfied.Will never buy another car or truck from anybody else. This is one awesome dealership!

My wife and i are in the market for a new vehicle, we have a 2 month old that no longer fits in our Lexus. I stopped to see a encore that we were very... interested in. But i was never offered a test drive. The sales associate said "i can let you see it inside". He seemed very bother and was very unwelcoming. I can say that i would have to drive to Santa Fe to find a car for my family. I am very disappointed in our local dealer.

Overall Experience was positive. I was in the market for a Used Half Ton Truck and found the one I liked. I heard a strange noise on my test drive which... I informed the Sales department about it and they immediately checked it out. The rear brakes were serviced and the noise went away. I was impressed by their immediate attention to the matter and that they fixed the problem so quickly. I am satisfied with my purchase of a 2007 GMC Sierra Four wheel Drive.
