MISLEADING
I saw an ad for a vehicle, contacted the dealership and spoke with a sales person on and off all day, drive 1.5 hours there after work to find after quite a wait that one vehicle I wanted to see was being sold and the other one wouldn’t start. Even with that, I still tried to be positive and even trusted them saying it just needed a new battery and proceeded to financing. Well come to find out the price I was told on the phone, listed on the dealer website and even listed on cars.com was not the price I was given, it was close to $8K more than advertised. It’s an overall disappointing, misleading and waste of time for myself, the salesman and the finance people that stayed until almost 9pm for nothing but a negative review. I should have just purchased from Rocky Top Jeep originally instead of trying to shop around to save what I thought would be a few thousand dollars, but turns out I could’ve gotten the car I wanted, with a sunroof for less money and saved an entire evening and quarter tank of gas.

Never felt so betrayed
I bought my second vehicle from them in April 2022 with the lifetime warranty being a main factor in our decision. After the service department checked it they said both rear axels were bent and it wasn't covered. They didn't even check the rear end. Didn't even drain the oil to check it. I took the vehicle to another shop and they discovered the bearings in the rear differential were shot. The warranty company was contacted again and denied the claim saying the tires were too big. They are the same size tires it had on it when it was sold to me. They assured me it was covered when I bought it. Service department told me to take it up with sales. Now I have a repair that should have been covered that's going to cost me hundreds if not thousands of dollars.

Service
While the personnel are cordial in interaction, the actual service is quite different. I purchased a truck from there, had it serviced and asked specific question each time. Fault is on my behalf for not verifying that certain actions had taken place, so shame on me for trusting for paid service. If one decides to do maintenance at this store verify that you received what you expect, especially for oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, etc. definitely do not recommend.

Professional and Prompt
We drove from Kentucky to purchase our daughter her first vehicle. Keith Russell was the best. We were in and out and on our way back to Kentucky all within a couple hours. The experience was wonderful and our daughter couldn’t be happier. We have purchased many new vehicles throughout the years and this by far was one of our best experiences. Keith was easy to deal with and easy to talk to, felt like we’d known him forever. We were beyond pleased with him and this dealership. We will highly recommend and plan on being back ourselves.

Run don't walk to anywhere else to buy a car!!!!!
I had their website ad showing $37135. Showed up and loved the car. Then loan paperwork showed $40825.00 They gave me the generic "fees" excuse. I stupidly signed. I got home and found the window sticker in the glove compartment and the MSRP was $33545.00!!! How can this be legal? For a brand new car, they jacked up the price $7280 over MSRP and now won't even call back.

BUYER BEWARE!!! EMPTY PROMISES AND LIES
SORRY TO PUT A STAR ON HERE! IF I HAD A ZERO OPTION THATS WHAT I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN! BUYER BEWARE! Let's just say that we were foolish enough to purchase this Jeep "AS IS" after we were told by our salesman Keith Russell that the inspection of Our Jeep was complete and everything had passed, but we DID NOT!! 3 weeks of talking back and forth with this dealership I told them after the 3 week wait to get my Jeep, the water damage created by this dealership by leaving the canopy off and getting rained in long enough for standing water in the floorboards and that uneasy feeling, I agreed to purchase this Jeep with a signed document stating if anything goes wrong, breaks etc it will be fixed for the life of my loan. Keith and His boss Brad talked about this and came back with a thumbs up....you have "no worries", dont you expect that something this bad as the Calipers, break pads, and roters would be seen as you see in this photo? Average Consumers please pay strict attention, take your possible vehicle and get it looked at by someone you TRUST. We have been taken advantage of by Secret City Dodge! I went to them with a Jeep I havent even had a first service with a STARTER OUT, which is according to Chrysler Capitol is covered under the power train warranty, pushing it into the parking lot of Secret City and desperately ask them to help me find what's wrong and inquired on my paperwork I still had not received! They were rude to say the least and handed me 5 pages, two of which were not legible. How can a company this size, making great money, lie and treat people so mean? At the least why not say Let's take your Jeep into the bay and see what's wrong and get this figured out, we won't cover all the cost but since this Jeep had been left out on the rain for unknown period of time ruining the Carpet and causing rust to start before we even looked at the Jeep, and everything you've been through that we caused we are gonna make this right! No! We refuse to help you, were not gonna look at it period, we are not gonna stand behind our vehicles, our promises nor Honor agreements made by our staff stating if anything goes wrong with Your Jeep you've purchased at Secret City we will fix it was not upheld and I was told to leave with a finger in my face. Sorry to Oak Ridge City Police on this day, they were very kind, very shocked at what I paid for the Jeep and for the condition it was in! These men were respectful to me and I to them. I will not apologize to Secret City, and Warn anyone who conducts any business there to beware. A promise means nothing and inspection of their pre owned vehicles should be checked on your own. This not only cost me 22k for a 2012 Jeep that was first purchased for 22k in 2012 now my repair cost for the starter 110.00 plus labor 130.00, all break pads, roters and Calipers, 759.00 plus labor.....you do the math!! We purchased the Jeep in June 2021! It's Jan 2022! We driven it less than 500 miles! 3 professional mechanics have now seen the vehicle and all told me the damage to this JEEP WE PAID ALL THIS MONEY FOR WAS DONE YEARS AGO!! Yall make up your own minds.

Crazy price gouging markup’s
irst off want to start by saying Phil the Salesman was excellent no complains at all about him. Went to look at a truck they had advertised online for $70k. Got there loved the truck. When they showed me the numbers they had added $8 to the sell price saying oh it’s hard times we need to make extra money.Cannot advertise something and get there and they change the price and not honor your price you have listed online. Wrote down a deal that was very fair to both parties on two vehicles totaling $130k and they would not come off there insane added $8k above msrp. They tried telling me all dealerships are doing this, I have been to a few dealerships in the area and none of them are doing this, area dealerships are pretty stuck to msrp but none are adding $8k market ups. Really crazy to me. Good way to put a bad name on your dealership. If they would have just sold the truck for msrp and not been money hungry Thieves I would have bought both vehicles.Absolutely crazy to me they are doing this. The owner really need’s to have a talk with his sales manager. Please do not shop here and if you do, please look closely at the numbers. Do not ever pay over msrp for a new car. Also they tell if you buy a new car you get 2 free details. Ya well they are charging you $695 for it hahahaha. It is NOT free. Please everyone watch your self when going here. Very money hungry thieves. Stay away.
