Very relaxed buying experience

Zachary was awesome. No pressure and he worked with us to help ensure our buying experience was stress free. I love my 2017 Kia Sportage!

Great experience with Zachary Fitzgerald

He was very genuine and worked with me the best he could to get the vehicle I wanted. His personality is exactly what a dealership needs. Also Rania Tohme' was very prompt in welcoming me to the Kia family. That was a big plus!

It was like talking to a friend in my livingroom.

Tabitha Fowler is a blessing along with my new car !!!!! This was an absolute amazing experience. There was no pressure into me buying. I wanted and needed a new car and was wondering about what the process would bring. I'm very glad I went to Universal Kia!!!!! I will be going back for future car needs. Everyone smiles and is very helpful. Very very satisfied !!!

Melvin was very good at his job they didn't push for us to buy but of course we left with 2016 Kia Soul in the color we wanted . Melvin was very professional and very polite . I did buy from a dealership but Melvin made us feel like family and for that I will continue business with Universal Kia @ Hickory Hollow

Great Service, Friendly Staff

The staff is friendly, they make youfeel comfortable, they work really hard ongetting you a loan, they have a program to build your credit.

Great place to buy a car.

The sales personnel were courteous, friendly and helpful. The show and building were comfortable. The atmosphere of the dealership was comfortable.

Horrible experience

Stopped in to take a look since we had bought a car from them a couple years ago. Service the first time was decent, although still a hassle. We decided to go back in this time just to look around because we were in the area. The sales guy we seen at first must have been very new. Nice guy, but we told them what we can afford when we first got there and what payments we can make. They took us on a test drive and then we went inside. Gave them our keys to evaluate our car for a trade. Then all heck broke loose. We were held "hostage" for almost 4 hours with a back and forth, maybe we can get you in this vehicle, maybe that one. Shon came over, who we dealt with the first time we bought there and was very rude to us. He tried to make us feel inferior and tried to say we were comparing apples to oranges. I told him, we told you what we can afford and either we can do it or we can't. We had a preapproval from Capital One when we went in there, I told them this. They still had us fill out a credit app and I specifically asked if it would hit a hard check on our credit report. I was told it would not it was just a quick check or a soft check. Well, they hit our report 6 times with hard inquiries. After 4 or 5 times of asking for our keys back, hence the "hostage" I mentioned above, they finally gave them back and we left. Not happy at all, will never be back.

Best Experience in Purchasing a New Vehicle

We were never pressured about anything! Our sales person went out of his way to make the car buying experience the best ever. This was the best and most relaxing experience in purchasing a new vehicle! I cannot say enough on how great the sales person was.

Tabitha Fowler was awesome. She made my first car buying experience very easy. She was very knowledgeable about the cars and made sure all my questions were answered. I have and will refer people to her.
