Oil Change

I had a great experience buying my car here, but the exact opposite with service. The service took well over an hour and was more expensive than I had planned. I was charged for removal of my rain guards, which was supposed to have been included as a courtesy when I bought the car. Then I had to bring the car back the same day because the removal of the guards had been so poorly done that there was glue all over the car.

Service visit

The service team is very friendly and helpful. They keep me informed of the progress and bring things to my attention that I have been meaning to do but forget when I schedule my appointments. From what I have seen they treat their customers like family, not the type of family you don't want to admit you are related too, the kind that takes care of each other and helps one another. Granted they may cost a little more than having family do it but the time it saves us plus their experience is well worth the price. They have never treated me wrong and always makes my visits enjoyable. If I forget to as something or get home and realize I don't understand something on the paperwork I know I can call and they seem genuinely happy to help me understand. I would highly recommend to everyone

Very satisfied

Bought my very first new car from Universal Kia - Nashville - Rick was very informative and knowledgeable of the cars we were looking at and what I needed. I look forward to driving my Soul for many years

Excellent

Jeff was great at keeping me informed on my car at every step. Even cleaned and vacuumed. My experience was great. I'll always come here to have my car serviced.

So Far, So Good!

I bought my first Kia here and the sales & service people have been great to work with. When I come back for service on my Sorento, they've only done what I wanted and any suggestions were based on the recommendations by the OEM for proper service. They even wash my suv after each time I've been there.

Just ok

The sales guy Chad did not give direct answers. After buying the car I waited for over an hour for it to be cleaned. Total process took 4 hours... They did give me a good deal and I am happy with the vehicle.

The staff made us feel as if they truly cared about my family's needs. This is our second purchase with this dealership because they are always welcoming and take the time to make it a very positive experience. Amazing Service, everytime

We bought our car at the Hickory Hollow Kia dealership and have yet to be displeased. Our experience with the sales staff, specifically Shon, was great. This last time, I brought the car in for our second service. I didn't have an appointment and the staff told me it would be about 90 minutes. I had no problem waiting, so I did. 40 minutes later, I was in the car on my way home. I had my oil changed and tired rotated. I know it's hard to believe, but I love bringing my car by. Staff is great.
