Very professional and friendly staff
When I first arrived, I didn't know where to go and Mickey walked by and asked if he could help. I told him I had never been there and didn't know where to go or what to do. He was most helpful in assisting me!!!! Very friendly and professional. My next encounter was with a guy (don't remember his name) who explained everything to me. Gave me the cost and was willing to answer any questions. The day my vehicle was serviced, they had to order part, this guy went above his responsibility. It was going to take 5-6 hours to repair vehicle. He called and got me a rental car so I didn't have to sit there all day. I did not expect that!!!!! Even though I had prepared to spend the day there, his kind gesture was appreciated more than he knows!!!!! Great job!!!!! He went above and beyond!!!!! My next encounter was with the cashier. She is precious. Had a great personality and attitude!

Left me in the dark
I called this company and asked what it would take to get me in a vehicle having bad credit and little down. After filling out the online application, I got a call later that day from a lady who was quite pushy, trying to get me to come to the dealership "NOW".. After her telling me that she would even have someone come to my place and pick me up to take me to the dealership, I finally, after asking her to tell me what was going on and whether or not I was actually going to get into a vehicle that day, only because, if they were going to come pick me up, I wanted to make sure that I had a way home! She then said that she was going to check some things out and call me right back. So, I called back a couple hours later and the man that answered the phone said that it would be morning before they could get back with me. Next morning, I called and got transferred to an answering machine and left a message with all of my information and never received a call back. this has been 6 days ago. I know that the main issues were that I didn't have much for a down payment and didn't make enough money for them to help me(I am assuming this is why, since I never got a call back). Regardless as to what the reason might have been, it would have been nice to have gotten a call back so that I wasn't left n the dark. And then I wonder what might have happened if I had let them come pick me up. I would have had to thumb a ride home. I can't assume that they would have even brought me back after all that. Personally, I can't see myself recommending this place to anyone at this time. My recommendation to them, however, would be to follow through with every single potential client that tries to contact them, since it is an essential part of building a successful and residual clientele. After all, those potential clients that they turn down, may again one day be in the market for a vehicle, and the impression that needs to be left with them, should be one of professionalism and trust. Be careful of financing dept.
Price of the car was very fair. During financing, they tried to slip an extra 3k in for some type of bs warranty. He got very upset when I called his hand on it. He let me know if he was trying to slip it in, I would have left with it. Was not asked if I wanted warranty and gap insurance, they just figured it in. Thought he was gonna cry when we refused. They don't like telling the price you are financing. They just quote the monthly payment.

Never heard back..

wait til you need more than anboil change
Took car in for repairs due to second recall! Yes car is three years old second recall 61000 miles. Since I had to get the work done at Kia and my car key flew apart and the push pads where torn, I asked for a free replacement. I am 1000 miles over the warranty that would replace the key. What no good will? No Universal Kia might have to close their doors over not collecting the 30 dollars. I am upset over the tone an manner that the free key was discussed. I have always been a Toyota girl until now but since this one is paid Universal does not stand behind the brand its time to go back to a Company Brand that means quality and KIA ain't it.

My salesmen was Melvin, couldn't have been happier. My experience started with another sales men and I wasn't happy. Then Melvin took over the deal and got us a deal that work out great.
